The app has an annoying way of forgetting where you were on the page when you clicked to look at an item. When you go back into the list it puts you right back at the beginning versus the spot where you left off. I also notice that garments are repeated numerous times within the same list so you see the same thing over and over again. At its worst the app placed a $300 order without my consent and has no feature that allows you to cancel it if it has made an error. Be careful using this app!!!!

Updated review: still enjoy this app and certain aspects of the filtering for results have improved since my last review. Thanks to the RealReal technical folks. My latest issue is that the filtering needs further work (on the app *and* online). For example, I put in "MidRise Straight Leg" jeans, and the results were all over the place: I got wide leg, low-rise, and even flares in the results. Otherwise, great app.

I absolutely LOVE The Realreal but when browsing categories. It continually reloads and if I am in My Obsessions it will reload and won't let me keep going. Very frustrating! So I end up going on a regular Web page to view everything. Please fix this issue.

The website is fantastic but the app has issues. One that I run into quite a bit is that it resets upon loading, such as moving to the next page resets it to the 1st. 2nd issue is there should be a new arrivals option like on the site. Yes men's and women's has it built in but home doesn't seem to.. but an overall new arrivals area would be great.

Was thrilled to see this app. However, are you serious? How this pass as ready for mass consumption? Tried looking for categories to browse... Umm. Nope. Tried setting up a feed... Umm only 10 or so designers available for men's ties... Really. Get clue. Do at least a little uat. Maybe hire someone with a clue about ux.

Android The RealReal shoppers rejoice! We finally have the app for OUR platform! My main complaint is the filtering. This app should have similar functionality to the website. If I want to look at "Women's Dresses" there should be a link I can tap on to take me there. Right now, when I choose "Women", it just takes me to the fashion edits. If I type "Women's Dresses" it says I have to type "Dresses for Women". And it showed me watches along with dresses? Still needs work!
