Hate the fact that the app forces me to order about 30 minutes ahead, and then they don't prepare my order until I arrive. Kind of defeats the purpose of using the app.

Horrible. Placing orders is a nightmare and requires an hour advanced notice

I like to pay with cash. They ought to set this up where you can still get rewards by paying with cash

When I changed phones, the App no longer recognized my account or even had a way to log in, so I lost all of my rewards and progress. Support never responded with a way to work around the problem, so I dumped the App.

Would be great to have an area to offer feedback on food, service, ect in app. Leverage your tribe!

Love it!

I only used this app once because the second time I attempted to use it, for some reason, it deleted my pay card. Didn't find out until I reached the register. Very perturbed. Anyway, it's not worth the few dollars you get in return for using it.

They sent me a $5 off email. I spent $6 the next day and it was prior to the expiration; however, the credit didn't post. I emailed the customer support twice and still have not heard back. It's a good concept, but they obviously haven't figured out how to make it work and they don't have enough people supporting the product, so I would steer clear of it until they get it figured out.

This app frustrates me to no end. It doesn't work like described and don't get me started on the product. They both suck!

Super easy to use and better than a credit card. Getting close to rewards!

I love the app, has everything you need to plan out your meal. Love that you don't have to go on a site to type in all your debit card details, the scanner made everything very easy and quick. Only suggestion would be to maybe include the nutritional info for each menu item. It gives you the location for each restaurant and links to google maps smoothly for directions. UPDATE: made my first purchse with no issues and the receipt quickly updated and saved to my phone. Love it!

Love that it's connected to LevelUp. Looking forward to online ordering. One bug - when you rotate the phone, it crashes. I made this mistake the first time I wrote an Android app.
