OPTP - Official Delivery App

App is okay. Have some problems like takes too much time to load,can't empty the cart, Can't choose burgers or toppings on special deals but overall the service is great. Worth a shot.

Crappy Service. Ordered Double Fish Stack Burger. Got a Double Chatpati Deal delivered. App said bill was 700. Rider said bill was 750. Called helpline to complain. Told me branch manager would be calling me and get corrected order delivered. One and a Half hour gone by and no call from the branch manager. Service sucks. Pathetic!!! Going to uninstall their app. No more orders from me atleast.

I've ordered about 2 to 3 hours before and no response yet! So pathetic management. No benefit of using app! It didn't work

Good, but not that user friendly. For example, you can't delete an item once you have added it to cart.

Third class delivery service Askari 4 is serving area and accross the road is not a serving area.

Every time launch the app it stopped and close on its own.

Keeps crashing on samsung galaxy s5 while loading

The good: easy sign in with Facebook, menu with pictures major plus point, very user friendly.The bad: you can't remove an item once you've added it into the basket so you have to exit the app and come back add all the items all over again. App needs an urgent update for editing order. One more thing where it says add extras/ dips the options are again soft drinks only, also don't complain about email on the phone cos if you sign-in via fb the app doesn't ask for it

Used it once and everything worked fine. now it just doesn't start up, crashes every time.

I love your fries and services but you only deliver in DHA. That's too bad! I live in Buffer Zone 15/B and there's no delivery. 5 stars if you deliver in whole city!
