TPG To Go

So I see no benefit to this app. (I don't need an app to read a blog). Account info doesn't work. No integration whatsoever with my banks. Doesn't let me input any rewards info with other entities (like hotels). No responses from support. I'd like a program that helps me figure out the ever so confusing process of applying points in the most efficient manner, especially with airline ticket purchases.

Now after update citi is fixed BUT Bank of america is not showing credit limits.... so it gives wrong info about rewards (tried delete bank and app hangs) also still waiting support with barclays us cards and luxurycards...

Purchased this app a while ago and it was OK. Wasn't super useful, but was excited for the new features that started showing up. Unfortunately, I can't link all of my travel cards because the search doesn't work. Shame. If my card isn't one of the suggested few, I can't link the bank. What's the point?

Gone downhill unfortunately. Very slow response and glitch on Android. Now can't even connect bank info (tried on all cards four times) it says add more while it connects, but days later... Nothing. What good is it if I can't connect to the bank to track? Hopefully an update is coming.

Great work, guys. I'm pretty old school and this app made it easy for me to manage my credit cards and keep up to date with the best possible travel option.

This version is a total train wreck. Uses an insane amount of memory. Almost no part of it works. I cannot seriously believe you released this version. Just revert to the old one already!!

This app is a mess. Downloaded a year or so back and it was buggy so I uninstalled. I can't even log in/create a new account this time, so somehow it's gotten worse. Uninstalling.

Good design and features. Buggy overall. Thinks location services are turned off when they're not. Sometimes non-responsive. Crashes now and then. Sucks battery like crazy. Won't let me change the rewards type on my Chase Freedom Unlimited card to "Chase Ultimate Reward Points". It let's me select the option and press "OK" but the change never gets saved. As such the recommendations are incorrect.

Doubtful value. Doesn't let me connect to my online accounts. Tried to set it up and tells me to come back later and then nothing, no indicator of the progress, no error message. Did I just make a huge mistake of giving you guys my credit card online account credentials? Is this a fraud?

Certain things are not updating / reactivating. Have to press multiple times to get things to work

A little buggy, but an awesome concept and will continue to use it regularly. will update this review once it is a little smoother

Previous version was much better. New UI looks too childish for my taste.

Newer version has too many bugs. Can't link credit cards to bank anymore

There needs to be a search function in the app like there was in previous versions of TPG Now.

Update: i had to uninstall and reinstall thia. It stopped sending me notifications with an update. I got literally zero updates. So I'm giving it a try again.

Multiple presses required to navigate menu's, linking to bank doesn't work half the time, gives you options to choose between your card being visa or Mastercard until you try to link it to a bank and than doesn't allow you to choose the card you just chose in the prior card selections, so then you have duplicate cards as if you have visa and Mastercard versions of cards when you only really have one or the other. If that's confusing to you, you're right, it doesn't make sense. Hard to trust apps credibility

This app was amazing until the overhaul. Now it's utterly useless. It's been months and no fixes. Most features simply don't work. Search for cards not on most popular list leads to a white screen with a loading animation that will load until your phone dies. One of the most useful features, the calendar, was removed with no explanation. This app has done a complete 180 in terms of quality and user friendliness. It saddens me so much to the point of writing this review; I never review apps. PLEASE FIX.

Used to be good and it was actually really useful but they changed it and now it is literally useless. I have to assume they are trying to fix it. For now, don't bother with this!!

I do like the additions made to the Pay With This portion of the app but unfortunately since my accounts won't reconnect and it won't add new ones, I can't take advantage of the features.

The calendar with when statements cut/payments are due, etc was the best part. Now it's gone since the "upgrade." Bring it back!

Use to be a great app which was highly productive and helpful. It is now full of bugs, both random and easily reproducible. It's a shame really... The app is visually easier to navigate, if it doesn't freeze or crash on you. Looks like the devs didn't do much, if any, QA before releasing it. Unacceptable. It's a shame really...

I think the developers should be forced to at least open the app and try to use it. Who thought using a PIN to open the app without a way to disable it was a good idea. If you are reading an article and get interrupted the app opens back up at the homepage not in the article you were reading. So you have to click on the page with articles, scroll to find the one you were reading , open it and scroll down to find the place where you left off. Not a user friendly solution by any standard.

I have had the app for awhile, I didn't love it before but now it seems to be freezing every minute or so. I love the idea, but its not functioning properly at all.

Buggy, constantly freezes and crashes. And no I won't email you. You need to fix the app.

Is there any way to find the missed reward transactions? App just gives how much missed rewards in that account.

The app keeps crashing everytime I try add a card

Unable to add bank for Barclaycard arrival plus world elite

When I click on the push notifications they just take me to the map powered by foursquare (which I still haven't figured out the purpose of). Ideally clicking the post title would take me to the post rather than me having to also click on the notification button within the app

50% of the time when I click on the TPG posts they fail to open. I have to go back and click again and that usually does the trick. Whenever i click the articles from my notifications they don't work I have to open the app. Pretty frustrating

It won't give me the news updates... There's a bug in it

This app works well for reminding my wife and I which card to use where. I wish there was a widget that I could place on one of my home screens that would provide the category's and the best card to use for each.

Constantly bugs me to add more cards and more banks even after I added all of them. Incredibly slow regardless of my network connection /uninstalled

This app is useful, but is lacking in two areas important to me. First, it appears difficult to control sound notifications. I cannot figure out how to kill the sounds - very annoying at night. Other apps allow control of sound and written notificaions. Second, we can look up points options for local shops, but I do not see how to do category lookups for online shopping to get optimal points returns.
