As many reviewers have noted, the images now have a problem loading and the app crashes (I'm on a Samsung Edge 6). But that's technical. I've also noticed that they have removed a lot of information about sizing, including which size each designer uses (UK, IT, US). Previously, they provided unique sizing for each designer so you knew, for example, if a designer sizes small around the chest or large at the waist. While not perfect, it was useful guidance.

Doesn't load photos, crashes often.. for an expensive online retailer, this is a very disappointing app

I like the update to navigation. Well done. Now it takes me from item view right back to the list or search I was looking at. 2 things I would like: A way to save specific views or videos in a list or "dressing room" that I could share with friends so we can shop together from a distance and give each other advice and opinions. A way to make "collections" or capsule wardrobes I could build and purchase piece by piece with you notifying me when an item is low stock

Everything is good except after looking at a product, I click to go back to search result page and 50% of the times it goes back to the home page. So I have to filter and scroll down all over again, which is very annoying.

Randomly goes back to home page after looking in detail at an item. Very frustrating especially when filters are applied as you have to start all over again.

App takes too long to refresh and to access your account/wish list.

Constant errors loading content. Filtering is too basic making it hard to find what you need.

I would like to get information about the stock for this product. For example the "just 1 left" notification under the product as seen on the website.

Whenever I click “proceed to purchase”, I'm brought to the page stating “sorry, that page has not been found or no long exist”...what's going on :(

The website converts pounds to Australian dollars which is great. Until this happens I doubt I will be using the app.
