Notification problems I'd like to: 1) have a setting to turn them off 2) have them readable, they are written in white text on a white background! Other than that, I like the app and find it entertaining (ok, I know the press in China isn't free, yet the articles are good). Keep up the good work!

Something seriously needs to be done about the white text on white background in the notifications. Unable to read.

The Twitter function completely disabled.

The updated news on the lockscreen are useless as the font and background are both in white color

Pages can flip around with ease. There's improved layout. It will be better if the font size control is available for the main page. Thanks

Omg~~if international drama is your jam, then this is the app for you! The articles' unapologetically biased nature is not limited to the opinions section. It's not exactly accurate information, but it sure as heck is an accurate portrayal of a single party's reaction to world events. Some are pretty solid info.

If you see news in any of Chinese media regularly first thing you will notice is that China is next to heaven, Chinese puppet media is always full of exaggerating the Chinese achievements, putting aside every shortcoming of China be it human rights, corruption, pollution etc

Please provide a setting to turn them off.

If I can't select Settings and turn off the notifications, then I am not really interested in an app that "pings" me at 2am out of my blissful sleep to inform of "breaking news"... that really wasn't so... "breaking" (*smirk*). When this function is incorporated into your app, give me a call and I will re-install onto my phone.

with their orthographic mistakes and phrases like "Qatar is a part of United Arab Emirates". Still many to do but IMO, Chinese journalism is already one of most professional. The only problem is that program sometimes stops.

It take more time to open it, and we can't share the news. ????

Knowledge of world

Screen is not rotating as per my Samsung tablet's home screen....and another setback is white background, without any optional change of background color....so overall app is immature and useless....

Please do not mess with our device brightness. Eye painful can't read more then 2 articles, have to shut down the app, eyes hurting so much. Everytime when on the app hurts my eyes. Unnecessary bright levels drain my smartphone batteries. Makes my tablet hot very fast. Please apply default and leave brightness to device owners to decide.

Every morning it's up & running on my screen when I check my phone in the morning. Unable to deactivate the push. I read it often but at my choosing.

One flaw - the brightness. It turns the brightness up to maximum, which is unpleasant in low-light conditions. Also, some articles, mostly of the top-ten type, cause the app to crash. A night mode would be nice. Otherwise, the new design is very nice indeed, and the articles are as well - written and varied as ever.

The app gives fresh outlook that is entirely different from mainstream media which is often dominated by western interests.
