About Medication Log

Keep a log of medications your are taking with ease.
Exceptionally simple and easy user interface.
Recording what medications you are taking has never been this easy.
Type in the name of the medication you are taking once,
when you take it for the first time,
and you will never need to type it again.
Turn on the NAG ME feature for a medication
and it will gently nag if you are missing your regular schedule.
No need to tell it when you are supposed to take a medication,
or when you want to be reminded.
Shortly after you were supposed to take a medication and didn't,
it will start gently nagging you with music,
and a popup will tell you which medication you are missing.
The main display shows the last time you took each medication.
With a quick click and confirm, you record that you are now taking it again.
With a longer tap you can see the history for a medication and change details if need be.
Export by email as a CSV attachment.

Free and Ad free.

Regarding Editing:
To change the name of a medication, pick 'change name' from the long press menu in the main view. This will change the name of the medication and will reflect throughout the history of this medication.
To change the date and/or time for a particular instance,
choose History from the long-press menu.
In the medication history view, long press the date/time item you wish to edit. This might be the last time you took this medication, but you can also change any earlier entry.
If you are placing a log several hours after it actually took place, follow these steps:
1. enter medication now.
2. long press History.
3. long press the first row (this last entry should show) and pick 'Set Time'.

Easy, efficient, exactly what I was looking for to track meds taken on "as needed basis". I only wish three things 1-a took earlier option or to manually input a time 2-time since last dose 3-on home page list all dosages not just last taken of each individual medication. *update* I found time taken can be changed after input.

Sad to say, sometimes I can't remember whether I took my insulin an hour or so later. This app is exactly what I was looking for. It not only allows you to record when you take your meds, but will record your history as well.

I love this app but can't figure out the"nag" feature. Can someone help me? Also there is no support feature and the"help" button shows very basic program features. If someone can help me i will totally raise this to 5 stars.

I was curious about how frequently I was taking over-the-counter medications and decided to look for an app that would allow me to keep track of them. All the other apps were more complex and beyond what I need. This app is perfect and exactly what I was looking for.

This is a terrific app for making a record of when I take a certain medication. It is wonderfully simple. Once I have entered my medications I can record a dose simply by touching the med's name on my screen! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of an omission in the documentation. The instructions talk about using the "Long Press Menu" to enter new meds and perform other functions, but they don't say clearly how to bring this menu up. It took me some hunting around to figure out that this menu is accessed by long-pressing the "Back' button in the lower right corner of my phone.

The app initially worked fine but then I had same problem as Teri not being able to add more than one medication as menu button disappeared.. so I emailed developer and this was his response.. Hi Mandy the menu button is part of the phone. some android phones have no menu button, and the app is not compatible with these phones. thx,Ohad which is complete rubbish as my phone hasnt changed the menu button was there before.. the app has changed but is obviously not now compatible with Galaxy S6

I've ever had an issue with this app. I love it. It's saved my life. However it would be nice to be able to sync it from two devices so my wife can feel a little safer

Without warning, the precious list of meds partially dissapeared. All your hard work is for not. I trusted the app & used at Doctor appts. And, there is no way to recover list info.

Q70%
by Q####:

Only does the one thing, track meds (or events), but does it the way it should be done. Too bad nobdy in the ios (apple) world comes anywhere near this. Only real improvement needed? Make it for the iOS platform as well as Android!

It was keeping my meds logged. Then one day at the doctor's office. When I needed it. All my meds had been cleared. I don't understand. Otherwise, it was a great app.

Q70%
by Q####:

Didn't work for me. There is no way to edit the time the medicine was taken, so if i forget to enter when i take it, i can't enter an earlier time. Reminder and log apps need to be completely customizable.

Q70%
by Q####:

I wish that there was a way to have a picture of each medication appear whenever we enter the name of the drug for the first time. I wish that we could enter comments when entering the meds. For example I want to put my bp #s in when I take my bp meds. I wish that we could have them put in alphabetical order as an option. ------------------------ Other than those things, I absolutely love it & would give a 5 star if just one of my issues were handled. Thanks so much for your time and this great app.

Easy and simple to use. The only down side is there is no widget feature. I left a suggestion with the developer. Hopefully it will happen in the next update.

I'd like to be able to transfer paper log to track records. A spreadsheet is much more worthwhile for this sort of record.

I installed this and added one med. When I tried to take a second med, I couldn't get any menus or pull downs. The only thing I could do was take the first med again.

I loved this app with my note 3. I updated to the note 5 and now this app is useless.

Pretty good, gemerally quick and simple. Needs to be easier to change time on entries. I typically add details after the fact.

W70%
by W####:

The simplest and quickest meds tracker there is. "I'm taking this med now." Is exactly what I need. It's great that it doesn't have more features that complicate recording my doses. I tried other apps and they force selecting multiple options which makes recording your meds take too long.

C70%
by C####:

I really like this app. Only feature it does not have that I wish it did is to be able to print out the history of each medication. You can view each medications history, you just can't print it out

Z70%
by Z####:

This app was pretty good before, just wanted a way to log meds taken at different times/dates (not just this "moment"). Had Galaxy S4 but got Galaxy Note 4 & now I can only enter 1 entry but get NOTHING else. No menu, no options, just a log with 1 entry. It's useless until this issue gets fixed. Will update my rating once that happens.

I need an option to edit time though since occasionally I'm in another app when I take it on time.....also a way to have one vs two pain pills taken at once so toal amyount is list too thankyou..I understand export now....hoping to export to my chat0 chart app

I lived by this app until I got my current phone. For some reason this app will not work correctly on A Galaxy Mega 2 phone. I am very disappointed, I loved this app.

The workflow is perfect, and I only want to see the last time I took something. So minimal interface is exactly what I want. one click logging, who can not be happy with that. The interface could do with some work. I wanted to put in the purpose of the drug next so I used the name field, which result is a resize of the name column which you can't resize and can't see the last time now. The horizontal scrolling should be automatic and only works on the drug list itself, not if you scroll somwhere else. Really you just need the ability to have a custom column, and resizable columns. Don't really get the nag feature, how do you set the frequency and/or times for the drug? I enabled it for a medicine and it just start nagging instantly and repeatadly. It also creates a new log entry as soon as you enter a new med. So you have to edit every history unless you took it. I'll definitely up my rating when the GUI improves, because the app just does what it says on the tin. Minimalism in software is a good thing and not as easy to achieve as people realise. CSV export was a great idea. So if you want to anything fancy with your data , put it into a spreadsheet.

However, instructions for use might be helpful. I was able to figure it out, but others may not be able to. I like that I can adjust the time I took my pills, as I often forget to record them right after taking them. This application has proven very helpful to me, as I can keep track of how much medication I'm taking each day. Some sort of graph might be helpful as well. So I can see at a glance what days, or times of day I'm taking more pills. Also, an average would be a good thing as well.

Just what i was looking for, but would like to set alarms to remind me to take my meds!!! Other apps have alarms but cant log with history lookup..and their too complicated!!! Just a simple alarm is all i ask...then id give 5 stars!!!!!

I was looking for a simple way to log when I took different meds when sick and this did the job. The interface could be better though. Editing the time for a dose requires going into the history. I couldn't figure out how to use the nag feature for twice-a-day meds, but that feature isn't what I downloaded the app for anyway. Also the main screen is not very fat finger friendly. But it served its purpose and it's free.

Straightforward app that simply logs whatever you enter. I can adjust the date and time if I've forgotten to log earlier. Hopefully, as I become accustomed to its ease, it will be even easier to use while not quite awake. Exactly what I was looking for. So far. Thank you for providing an easy solution to what can be a problem. Update. I can't add any other meds. Can't access main menu. Long pressing anything doesn't work. It should be simple but instead has become another exercise in futility.

I see a pain management dr. And need to keep a log. So instead of having to write it down, now i just click and go. At the end of the month i just e-mail it to my dr. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY LIFE A LITTLE EASIER AND LESS STRESSFUL.

Can't find the med your looking for without scrolling through the entire history. Can't sort by time taken, ie: can't look at a time and see what meds were taken at that time. Only sorts by medication. Extremely basic.
