This app is very unreliable. It is a shame because I love the piano very much. The internet often times out so the videos won't load.

V70%

Works pretty well with other 61-keyed pianos. Am using it with my Korg KROME.

C70%
by C####:

I like it. The only problem is that it takes a while to load songs and I'm on a 4g connection. I'm in Ghana, maybe my location is too far from the server or sth?

C70%
by C####:

It's an old version and will not work with newer phones. This keyboard is useless to me with out the app

C70%
by C####:

This thing actually works. Took me about a week to learn the song.

C70%
by C####:

Great app and piano, just needs more content and a bit more stability

Device issues would be my largest complaint. Making sure you can offer and connect with a wide range of customers should be a high priority. The piano and keyboard are beautiful. The idea behind them is fantastic. Great product, but it is hit or miss. If it works with your device you have a brilliant teaching instrument. If it doesn't,  you end up with dust collector that cost you a pretty penny. Tested 3 devices (listed as usable). Only the older Android tablet worked. Apple and phone failed

If you have one of the corresponding keyboards ( either the 61 key or 88 key ) , I think this app is off to an amazing start towards becoming a GREAT tool to get children started with piano / keyboarding without the parents going crazy zipping them around town or waiting to fit into an in-home instructor's time slot. We ordered the 61-key model after learning that Joseph Hoffman´'s videos are integrated into the app! HUGE plus in our book! Good news for us - there is a huge selection of free classics, exercises, for our child to start with that are coded for the 61-key but you can still use lessons for the 88-key pianos without a device conflict. NICE! Looking forward to continued updates to the app as it seems the developer is adding in coding to ensure that you play each key with the correct finger positions, not just playing the correct keys in any particular moment of each song. Even for the future purchases of $3.99 for paid content - I think this is an app we will use early and often - and by early, I mean my kids have gotten up at 5 am to play it every day this week.

The user experience is so bad.. My one piano now just collects dust

This works amazing with theOne Piano that was funded on Indiegogo.

Zero crashes. Great tutorial videos which sync with your piano. Although, lots of classical music are missing. Wish there was a way to add our own.

Works pretty well with other 61-keyed pianos. Am using it with my Korg KROME.

It does what it says on the tin, but with surprises, and bad ux. I didn't expect pop songs to cost extra, I figured it'd be a single price. I also had a hard time figuring out the ui. Once I found my way around, it has some reasonably OK features. Could use a delay to start, and I couldn't find the sign in button mentioned in the settings. Only the classical songs come with highlit keys.

I'm in awe with just how bad this is. I'd say about 1/10 times it actually worked. The other 9 times there was something faulty. Learning is more productive without it.

This app is designed to work with "The One Smart Piano" for sale on Indegogo this month. Lights on the keys teach you how to play songs using this app connected to the piano.

D70%
by D####:

The songs available are very limited. And it doesn't allowed us to add our own midi files. I can't learn the song I want.

C70%
by C####:

You can only get to the splash screen, then crashes. Not yet ready for customers!

D70%

I can't even open the app
