Untuk hafalannya Muhammad Thaha Al-Junayd belajar menghafal Al-Qur’an di Pusat Studi Al-Qur’an Abdurrahman Ajur di Kota Hamad, Bahrain. Beliau berkewarganegaraan Bahrain. Suaranya yang merdu ketika melantunkan ayat-ayat suci Al-Quran membuat Beliau terkenal dipenjuru dunia termasuk di negara Indonesia kita tercinta yang mayoritas beragama Islam.
