The NSLS

Having problems playing any speaker broadcast videos. I'm connected to WiFi, but I can only watch a few short minutes of a broadcast before the video stops and a message pops up saying "Sorry, this video cannot be played". Really frustrating because I'm trying to do everything for induction, and I can't find anywhere on the NSLS website where the broadcast videos are to do that requirement. :/

After being kicked out of the app many times for an authentication error, I finally got in. Thanks for fixing it.

I got kicked out of the app and tried to log back in with my correct information. The app said that my information was invalid and would not let me log in. I'm able to log in fine off of the society's website but I'd like to be able to use the app for convenience.

The app didn't even allow me to sign in once I installed it. The only thing was on the screen was the circling red loading symbol for like 5mins. So I just uninstalled it. It's a waste of time. Please fix this app, or just make another one more effectient.

I have recently became a member of NSLS and i have been able to login online but not on the mobile app. Everytime i try to login it says that my information is invalid but i use the same information online and i log right on.

Kicked me out. Even with my correct information I can't log in. A lot of people is complaining about this. It needs to be fixed.

Something have happened with this app. It had worked this 2017 Spring and Summer. Now you can't log in nor you can't use the FORGOT password login. Maybe NSLS is upgrading the app. Works well on my laptop though.

I'm not sure what happened but, I can no longer access the archive for the speaker broadcasts without the app crashing. I tried to click on the "contact us" but it still crashes.

Has worked great before but now will not let me log in. It says wrong password/username combo but I know I entered the right one. Also, "forgot password" button does not work.

Trying to log in. I forgot my password , so I pressed on the forgot my password link and nothing came up. I Uninstalled and installed again and still nothing. I have a Samsung 7. Please help!!

Works great however, I must open the app multiple times for it to work. It opens then closes out the first times it starts.

I'm happy that this app gives me all of my information. It's readily available.

Easy to stay connected to the events. Downside the app has a lot of broken links.

The app is way better and more convenient than the website, but the messaging function doesn't support line breaks or automatic text editing like autocorrect, which is unfortunate. Please fix this issue.

Great color scheme and organization. I prefer this app over the website. All information is easy to find with the help of a well structured navigation bar. All text and images look sharp and are of high quality. I haven't experienced any glitches, the app runs very smooth. Great job, NSLS!
