ClienTAP Appointment & Payment for Android
I'm having a hard time deleting fees and I can't find the menu button referred to in the video on how to pull up monthly income and the option to email it to myself for my records...I'm using this app for salon appointments so I don't charge any late fees as of yet?????
Great app as I am a home health nurse. I only gave it 3 stars for the following... It needs a drop and drag feature. I would love the ability to delete a client from my active client list but still able to keep the client info in a group list in case I need to reactivate the client if needed. Also, when I reduce the appointment time from 60 minutes to 30 minutes, the name of the client disappears. Any way to work with that so I can keep the actual visit time accurately? I don't like to change the visit duration to 45 minutes just to see the name when the actual visit lasted 30 minutes not 45.Otherwise, best appointment scheduling app around. Please try to update things on the app. People write great suggestions but nothing seems to change within the app.
I think this app is great! I tried dozens of client management apps for my small tanning salon and the main thing i use it for is adding minute packages to deduct from clients every appt and it works fabulously. The only thing im wondering about is there a way i can sync it to the app on my tablet as well? When it backs up to google drive could there be a way to extract the zip file and restore it on my other device? Also, my samsung s5 has no menu button to email paymnt reports? Pls help then 5 stars! Thx!
I love this app but there's a few things i would want to add to give 5 stars. 1. The ability to move appointments without having to cancel them. 2. The ability to change the payment after its been entered without having to delete payment. 3. Being able to send reminders to clients from the app. 4. Online scheduling. 5. Take payments from the app. 6. Blocking out times that are already scheduled. 7. Weekly view instead of just daily.
I LOVE this app for my small business, but when I switched devices the app forced me to pay the subscription fee again (yes, I was using the same Google acct as before.) I emailed twice but got no response. It's still worth it to me to pay the extra, but pretty annoying :/

I have a nail salon and had a book I wrote date and my clients in every week and now I can edit, select their name and forward them ahead. The only thing is I wish it had an option to repeat more than 4 weeks. Otherwise awesome
I am a massage therapist and I love this app.. Was wondering if you could change a few things . its hard for me to see clients fully.. Some of my clients only come in for 30 minutes their names dont fully show on my schedule because its not an hour slot... Also, id love to have the option to schedule someone every monday wednesday instead of only being able to schedule 2 weeks from now.. Thanks
Can you Sync 2 devices like phone and Tablet? So if You don't have your one device with you and u book a app it shows on other device also.
I had it on a phone and it broke so I lost all my data when downloaded to new one and now I bought another phone and its done the same where does the data back up to and how is it not automatically loading back up when I open it from same Google account...I have emailed...

I have been working on this app for a few months. Now it will not add all my appointments and payment from 21 MeI 2015. So frustrating, please help?

I love this app! I schedule and keep track of all my grooming appts through this app. I love the backup system, never have to worry if phone crashes! I also put my regular appts in like drs, hair appts, etc. It's great that since it is on mt cell, I can schedule appts. no matter where I am at!

I have the note 3 and I couldn't get the app to even open it's just says loading after I pick the email address and then goes crazy
I wish it had an option to view by the week and by the month. I'd pay for it off it had that option.

I need help, I installed the app again. When my 30 session were im trying to pay it won't let me!
Good app but after trial it wants a yearly fee. It should be a one time fee & it should allow you to see a weekly view of appoibtments & not just one day at a time.
I love using this app to keep track of appointments and payment. Two problems though: 1. I would love a reschedule feature. Right now I have to cancel the session and create a new one. 2. Also, every 30 sessions out asks me to purchase even though I already have. I don't have to pay but it's annoying.
Was working great so i got the subscription but had to be a refunded because it stopped working. The app was trying to get me to pay again. They said it was Google and not the app. They emailed me a giant list ofthings to do but no change. Will download again and pay yearly it they did their problems.
Would awesome if you could also merge it with the Google calendar!
It should be a 1 off fee to ugrade to full/pro version and it would be great if there was a tab so you can select what people had (eg a customisable list where the user can choose to add products and/or services that the client purchased.
Still have issues where it asked me to buy, when I have already.

Has potential. .can't edit appointment date while viewing availability to set alternative appointment date/time. I.e. if I have an appointment booked and I need to reschedule, I cant see the calendar to see what available dates and times I have and also it doesn't allow me to simply edit the date. I would have to delete the entry and create new.
After my trail they said I had to pay 4.99 a yr. Which is fine, but two weeks later it says to pay again! What is going on?!!

I am a homehealth CNA it works well for me especially because I have several Clients with several agencies. It allows me to categorize by agency and then by clients
