I liked the packing and timing of returning back within 2 days. 70/kg is costly . Try to reduce it. Can you also add 'only wash' to ur categories ..since some of the dresses like shorts,tshirts doesn't need iron

Yes, the interface, advertisements, promises are appealing at first but then came the disappointments. I had to call ML time and again only to be lied that a guy had come to deliver my clothes or that my number was not reachable(failsafe excuse yea?) and finally when my clothes did arrive tightly sealed in plastic covers, they were damp! Yes, DAMP! My whites lost their vibrance and looked like something one would use to clean tables with.. I would rather do the washing myself. Thank you

Worst people ever. I called them to fix the pick up time and even used the app to book the appointment. I get a confirmation message and mail from them. However no one turns up at the designated time. Whats more.. when i wrote this review I got a call and sms apologising and asking for another chance. And when i again gave them a chance .. no one turned up again. Don't bother to waste your time guys.

Left 1500 rupees in one of my pockets and got them back without any hassle. Other than that the clothes are always in perfect condition, dry cleaning is a bit expensive but overall I'm very delighted with the service.

Opened the pack delivered from TML after 1 month and found 1 of my favorite t-shirts missing and having an additional shirt in the pack which doesn't belong to me !! Some serious misplacement. I usually don't keep a tab on the clothes which I give for cleaning but from now on I am not going to trust these guys with my clothes !

A bit costly and one more option should be made available as only of washing cloths...and not washing and ironing becoz some cloths we do not want iron

Pathetic service! I gave 8clothes for wash n iron .Only 7returned. Frustrated.!! Lost my cloth two times now !!

Pathetic people..better not to go for dry cleaning option..it is just a waste of money..fully spoiled my sling bag and a pashmina shawl... explanation given was..shawl was normally dry cleaned but got shrunk.. Useless people don't even know one of the benefits of dry cleaning is to prevent fabric from shrinking and they are running laundry business
