Receipts aways been rejected and reason given "others". If u dun even tell us why rejected how are we suppose to know. Most important thing is, the receipt i captured were clear and able to view entirely.

I've submitted my receipt very clear.. But till now i have not receive any points for my purchase..it's been a month already that my receipts is still under pending approval...

Better to go service counters than use the app

Why the selection of country dont have malaysia?

It was great before but now camera function not working well, uploaded receipts took longer days to be captured. I think it is faster for me to just queue at the machine in the mall.

It used to be a decent app. But now a days it is staying in pending status for too long. The in app camera doesn't focus anymore. So I have to capture the photos by camera and then use choose from gallery which is not at all user friendly.

The in-app capture photo function used to be able to function properly. However nowadays it just cannot focus itself, ended up the receipts taken are all very blur. Pls fix this!

Receipts which I load using hp now takes very long time to get recognised for the points. Takes 1 week or more.

Cannot upload my receipt and view my points. My uploaded items are still pending for points allocation. Can you please fix the problem asap.

I only need it to scan receipts and submit it. Nothing else. Why is it eating power like its the only app in the phone.

Slow app with lots of useless functions that just sap battery. Can we just stick to the basics of scanning and checking capita$?

First, scanning receipts have problem. Now, viewing stars have problem. This app sucks.

Apps loading forever!

This app was reliable previously. When i updated it, and uploaded a receipt, its been 2 weeks and pending since 13 Feb. Is it not captured properly? I have no idea of knowing.. For my future purchases i will die die scan on the machine in the malls instead of using the phone app .

The app was working fine last year. Recently, it took very long to accept the receipts taken. Now, i cannot even open the page to check the status of my uploaded receipts. There is an internal error msg kept appearing in red on the top of the page. Hope the developer could resolve this issue fast. Thanks.

Was prompt to install capitastar app in order to use scan receipt. However it says the apps is nt available in my country. Pls advise how do i scan my receipt via this app

Clicked on the scan receipt but prompt to download a new app.. but it indicated not able to download in Singapore. So how do we scan our receipts at our convenience?

Receipts were rejected even when they are clear. Taking very long for receipts to be captured.

I got the notification to update the app and then I went over to install. So what do I do with this old app.

I submitted my receipts once I've gotten them. And all my receipts are clear with every requirements met. But nowadays it took very long for the receipts to be approve, and worst of all, it was all rejected with the reason "others". If it were to reject the receipts, could you give a clearer reason rather than "others"?

Used to work fine. Now, keeps asking to enable permission for camera, what's happening? Uploading existing photo also not possible. Whats the app good for, if the receipt validity expires due to the lousy app design?

I always upload my receipt on time but it took so long to process and now it just reject any receipt i upload.
