There is no option to sign up.... how can I log in..... not able to use and try it

Everytime I click on something it wants me to login again. I don't understand this. Horrible experience

Logs out before an action can be performed.

(Samsung Galaxy S7). Calendar is not syncing all appointments. Some are there but not all - has caused big problem with scheduling clients while on road trip/client house calls.

Can't upload docs. Task creations does NOT reflect in the desktop version...they totally disappear after being created. This app simply is NOT user friendly. Clio has a lot of work to do. : /

The timer gadget keeps freezing

How about fingerprint login and search. client by name when trying to add a matter to a task, time entry etc?

This app and the actual website is garbage! No lawyer in their right mind should use these people! My lawyer sent a PDF on September 28, 2017 it is October 08, 2017 I still can't get in to see the damn thing. I have used 2 different smartphones and a normal computer, guess what! NOTHING!!!! The customer service does not help. When I told my lawyer he said I'm the problem not the service and refused to resend the document in a scan through a normal email. What a joke this site obviously wants you to miss important court dates where you will end up in jail, fined or worse loose your possessions or even your house, because you didn't know to show up!

It won't let me add docs from the mobile app. It will also now let me add calendar items from app. It still will not allow me to run a timer--I have to estimate and manually enter the time.

Logs out before you can even create your pin.

I had to call my lawyer to ask if she could have the documents resent via dropbox because on this app you can't even make it to view anything since it logs you off every single minute asking for new pins etc. This is not a good app for the legal environment.

Terrible app. The website isn't much better. I gave my attorney access to a OneDrive folder, and we exchange that way.

Unusable. App keeps automatically logging off shortly after login. It also keeps pestering for PIN setup, which one cannot complete before the app logs out!

Too many pin requests. Useful info is buried. Experience not tailored to user - shows whole firm's 'recents', just in case you want to know what your colleagues are doing, I guess. Requires a pin entry for every damn page. Clio in general is not good for accounting, very labour intensive to create accurate bills. Calendar doesn't sync perfectly to app - so it's not reliable.

Better than no mobile app but, needs much improvement. How about an easier FASTER interface to enter time? A dialer integrated with the app to make it easy to create a time charge for phone calls.

I need a local, on-device Calendar. All this sign-in is rediculous. If I'm on top of Flagstaff, this app would be worthless.

Unlike the web version, both the iPhone and the Android apps do not reflect your tasks in your calendar. Have a deadline for a court filing? Well, you'd better check your desktop/laptop. An astonishing omission. The company ought to cancel the Cleo conference until this is fixed.

Clio broke something with their update and some events that clearly show on my desktop calendar don't show up on the app calendar. Some do however, so it gives the appearance of being corrext. Huge problem that makes the app almost useless. And priority support has not come up with any solution over the last 3 days.

Crashes and won't open.

Can't sign in.... At all... I have a nexus phone and it simply wont let me log in! Not sure if it's meant for iPhones and androids alone!

This is a nice app to compliment great software.

Crippled version of Clio for iPhone. There's no reason it should be even slightly worse.

The app would not open because it "stopped working" before I could even put my pin in. I updated hoping the issue would be solved, but it still will not open.

Great for Android users!

Client appointments are not accurately depicted on the app. Appointments will be on the browser calendar but will not be on the app calendar. Also, when you look up the calendar for a specific matter, you have to scroll through the months and days until you see a dot under the date for when the person is on the calendar. This is very inconvenient and should have a list of appointments and court dates instead of a calendar you have to guess about when the appointment or court date is. Syncing is a huge issue

Totally lacking in so many ways. Hard to navigate and bill for time.

Had issues right from the start. All they seem to care about is signing you up and collecting fees, then you are forgotten. Beware!

The calendar does not match with the desktop version. This is causing a lot of issues when going in and trying to schedule upcoming meetings with clients as on my Android device (Samsung galaxy S7) it is not correct. Please fix asap!

Logs me out as soon as I log in.

One more update and still no fix for this issue.........Can't use this for the one thing I need it to do, enter time. Fix the task and activity codes. Work on ios, why not android?
