Customer service is good. I just not satisfied with the service. Lorry came 30 mins late & then send 2 hobbits size to help me move my stuffs n i got damage almost all of my stuffs. The manpower not even can wrap my tall thing. Really disappointed

The user interface is super clean and easy to understand. Booked a mover without any hiccup, and movers were very friendly during the move too! Will definitely use again!

This app deduct RM59 from my acc but still didnt refund it yet. Because we choose to pay cash. But now when we call the hotline number. Always busy!!!!

LOUSY APP. BOOK PICK-UP TRUCK BUT DRIVER STATUS STILL PENDING. APP CHARGED RM59 BUT EVEN AFTER REQUEST SCHEDULE ALREADY GONE, STILL DIDN'T CANCEL OR REFUND, AVOID THIS APP. LOOKS GOOD BUT PROBLEMATIC.

Hello thelorry, why the promotion IKEA MEATBALL payment delayed until now, more than 3weeks. This is very sad, we strived to give good name to thelorry for the project, but this is what we get from you guys? Please sack the one who responsible/ manage the acc.
