LUAT TO TUNG DAN SU

Bộ luật Tố tụng dân sự được Quốc hội nước Cộng hoà xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam khoá XI, kỳ họp thứ 5 thông qua ngày 15/6/2004, có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày 01/01/2005. Sau gần 7 năm thi hành, có thể nói Bộ luật Tố tụng dân sự đã góp phần quan trọng trong việc bảo vệ chế độ xã hội chủ nghĩa, tăng cường pháp chế xã hội chủ nghĩa, bảo vệ lợi ích của Nhà nước, quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của cá nhân, cơ quan, tổ chức; bảo đảm trình tự và thủ tục tố tụng dân sự dân chủ, công khai, đơn giản, thuận lợi cho người tham gia tố tụng thực hiện các quyền và nghĩa vụ của mình; đề cao vai trò, trách nhiệm của cá nhân, cơ quan, tổ chức trong hoạt động tố tụng dân sự. Bảo đảm cho việc giải quyết các vụ việc dân sự được nhanh chóng, chính xác, công minh và đúng pháp luật. Tuy nhiên, qua thực tiễn thi hành Bộ luật này trong những năm qua cũng cho thấy một số quy định của Bộ luật Tố tụng dân sự đã bộc lộ những hạn chế, bất cập; có những quy định mâu thuẫn với các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật khác; có những quy định chưa phù hợp (hoặc không còn phù hợp), chưa đầy đủ, thiếu rõ ràng và còn có những cách hiểu khác nhau; có những quy định chưa đảm bảo được quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của đương sự; có những quy định chưa đáp ứng được các yêu cầu cam kết quốc tế đa phương và song phương mà Việt Nam đã tham gia... đòi hỏi cần phải được sửa đổi, bổ sung.Trước thực tế đó, ngày 29/3/2011, tại kỳ họp thứ 9, Quốc hội nước Cộng hoà xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam khoá XII đã thông qua Luật Sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Bộ luật Tố tụng dân sự nhằm tiếp tục từng bước hoàn thiện một cách căn bản hệ thống pháp luật tố tụng dân sự nói chung và Bộ luật Tố tụng dân sự nói riêng; đảm bảo ngày càng tốt hơn quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của cơ quan, tổ chức, cá nhân trong tố tụng dân sự
Vì vậy nhằm góp phần phổ biến những nội dung chi tiết trong Bộ luật Tố tụng dân sự đến với mọi người đồng thời giúp mọi người có thể tra cứu các nôi dung một cách tiện lợi và nhanh chóng - đây chính là mục đích của ứng dụng LUAT TO TUNG DAN SU
