Can't view Your statement or pay a bill with it. Who, exactly, is this for?

887 kph used one month 57.00 The next month 601 kph used 187.00 dollars. Inconsistent billing practices.

Useless app. Cannot view or pay bill

I can't even make a payment! I have ppl employees tell me I can use it to pay my bill and I can't... u guys really need to fix that....

Can't even pay your bill with this app! Why doesn't PPL have an app to pay your bill? Stupid.

I have had this app for awhile I was able to pay my bill and see history for everything why the sudden change these months ?

The IOS app has all the personal account features that this crappy app lacks. - Bill pay, usage, etc.

Worthless app. Customers don't care about your stocks, they care about easily accessing their bill.

I thought it was an account application for PPL but it is just stock reporting and investing.

Not even sure the purpose of this app, can't pay or even view my bill. Fix this app, would be very convenient for a lot of people.

Can't even pay your bill, this app is useless and a waste of phone space. All the money PPL charges and they can't even create an app for its customers. WORTHLESS

Complete waste of space and download! Has nothing to do with your own acct and cant pay your bill.

How about an app for your customers. Multi billion dollar company, with no app for its customers,pfft.

I expected to be able to see my electric usage through this app, but it had information that only inverters would care about. Make an app that shows me My Account, without always having to go to the website.

Idk what this is but you can't pay your bill with this. This is absolutely useless!

How about make an app based on your actually website so people can look at their usage and pay their bill. This app is just a bunch of jibberish to everyone else.

I was expecting an app to pay my bill.

Was look for the app to b able to pay my bill on line with out having to go to the Website everytime and I get this instead.. Plus wasn't even able to look at it cuz everytime I tried to look at it it would stop working

App says bill pay making you believe you can review your bill and pay.. bad enough there is no option with ppl to pay with credit cards now the app is useless to pay your bill as well.
