Aprende a cuidar tu salud con inithealth. Podrás tener tu historial médico actualizado y accesible, realizar un seguimiento de mediciones que afectan a tu salud, llevar un registro de tratamientos y enfermedades, acceder a consejos de salud y nutrición.....Todo ello de una forma fácil y segura.

La aplicación te permite unirte a retos deportivos (nadar, correr, andar…) así como de hábitos de vida saludable (bajar peso, dormir mejor, dejar de fumar…) para que sea más sencillo cuidarte.

Desde la plataforma inithealth puedes sincronizar tus datos con otras aplicaciones y dispositivos de actividad (Garmin, Fitbit, Runkeeper, Strava, Jawbone… ) pero si lo prefieres, también puedes introducir los datos manualmente.

El uso de la aplicación tiene premio, inithealth premia con health points a los usuarios que se cuidan.

Ahora inithealth te ayuda a cuidar tu alimentación de manera sencilla proponiéndote menús saludables para cada día de la semana. Podrás consultar la forma de elaboración, los ingredientes necesarios y el aporte calórico y nutricional de cada uno de los platos que vayas a preparar.
