It's really slow and buggy. Pages are way too cluttered with stuff I don't need to see like a Norton security certificate and their social media icons. It's useful for finding out if a store has stock or not, but only when it works properly. Takes an unusual amount of time to load any page.

Since the latest update the app no longer works. Nothing but server error messages. Search function doesn't work. Overall just garbage. If I was Home Depot I would fire whoever is responsible for a monstrosity of an app

This app hasn't worked in such a long time it just keeps spinning and spinning... what happened Home Depot? Fire your present team and write an app that works. Btw, lots of server errors too! Have to uninstall in order to review anything at that store now.

Unable to use since "new and improved update". Server errors, lines of code on page, unable to find requested page. Pages keep reloading on its own so it never loads.So buggy it's unusable.

You would think with all the money home depot makes. They would put some into making a decent app. Need to fix. I have to use it in store to find where products are, because finding somebody is impossible to help you.

I think Dial-up Internet was faster than the load times on this app. Constant server errors. For 2017 this app is absolutely horrible. I use the mobile website now.

Was a useful App until 2 May, then it stopped working after last update. Just continues to show " Http Status 500 - request processing failed".

can't search for anything, error for everything regardless what you're searching for.... garbage

Buggy. Unreliable. Shopping cart says page not found. Useful features like sales alerts were removed.

Please fix it.im contractor and I used to use it all the time .now is to slow and no product pic .very despointed. Please upload the old version off the app

App Version 10.7 Server error. Cannot send feedback from app. Added items to cart from laptop, but cannot see anything from app. Wrong nickname, could not correct it from app.

Terrible app. Can't see pictures. Doesn't surprise me. Works about as good as their employees are trained at helping you with anything. Garbage.

Horrible app. Search for something and it goes into a continuous loop. No support, no reason, no more. Deleted.

This app needs to be more like the Canadian tire app where you can have a wishlist and notify you when your list item have come on sale. Also after recent update not a single product image comes up, very disappointing...

Such big company can't afford to have a decent app developer. Sad..

This app is costing Home Depot money, as I can NEVER see an image or find a product...other store apps that work are getting my business. This app is garbage.

App is bad, product pictures won't load. I tend to shop at HD but it makes it really difficult to see what the item looks like. Home Hardware is a much closer store, I will shop there instead

App stopped loading all images about a month ago. Can't even believe a big company like Home Depot has not fixed a massive issue like this yet.

The app allows scanning or manual entry of UPC's but sometimes you get "scan error" or the bar code is not shown on the "home" (shelf location). I wish you could also manually enter the article number (SKU)

No product images. Home Depot is likely content with the number downloads to date of this app but would be interesting to know how many people uninstall these irritating apps that don't work.

Same as the others, the pictures no longer load, which renders the app pretty much useless! What happened? Why hasn't it been rectified?

Seriously horrible experience trying to use he app. On a fully updates galaxy s7, application refuses to load 4 out of 5 times and when it does, even basic searches fail for multiple causes.. server error, application crash. Having no app is better than presenting users with this!

Crashes. Checkout is terrible-never works for me. Search feature is terrible-hard to find what I'm looking for. Get a different company to design your app.

There is a program error at the payment screen. When typing in cc number or phone number, everytime it jumps to a new set of numbers, the cursor jumps backwards.

New update, new bugs! Now no product images. Always flashing "SERVER ERROR". Seems to me that Home Depot could'nt care less about customers as these bugs have plagued the HD site for years and done nothing even with all the negative comments are ratings. Fortunately there is a new Canac store in my town with a web site that works and great prices. I have had it!!! Bye, bye Home Depot!

Garbage. Can't use any features since it is too slow. And 98% of the pictures are not visible due to not being compatible with what my phone can see. No clue how this is even an error. And why don't they have a wish list. I want to add stuff to a wish list to get later but they haven't made that available. You can see the stores that don't care about the customers. Or hire the wrong people to create their site.

Awful app. Doesn't even let you modify a search or even save favorite searches or items. I just removed it since it has not worked for a week and continually displays "Server Error." Somebody needs to get fired.

Brutal. Search feature is horrible. Pictures do not load. The only thing consistent about this app is the constant flashing of the "Server Error" message... 1 star rating is inaccurate. Should be 0. Would definitely expect much more from Home Depot.

Updated a while ago, now it says "Server Error" whenever I do a search. I use the app regularly but if I can't search i might just be uninstalling it!
