Was able to enter my medical conditions but my android tab not compatible or not strong enough for pain diary function to work. Also could not enter any allergy information nor did I see a specific field for "medication allergies." Being able to keep a pain diary along with submitting diet, exercise, lifestyle, stress, mood journal and other relevant information for facilitating total wellness or holistic approach between patient and medical provider could be very useful for doctors and patients.
