I had trouble setting it up they called back in a timely manner walk me through the setup that would allow the application to send out a call. She explained everything to me, I test it it worked perfectly as soon as I hit the help button the call came in. A lot better than when I paid $29 a month for that did not work when I had an emergency! I recommend this application strongly

Buyer beware. Do not use this as a protection application.I am a doctor. I have contacted the company on multiple occasions to ask for improvements and an investigation on the product not working. I was terminated has a client. I have documentation to prove the aforementioned.

App works well and is very straightforward. Pairing with the remote was simple. Service works as described. The only slightly annoying thing is when you enable airplane mode, a pop-up comes up and requests to turn on Bluetooth. As seen on Shark Tank.

I had some initial setup issues, however, I received an email from the CEO himself!! He worked with me until everything was perfectly working, talking about great personal service. I recommend this service to everyone, especially people who walk alone a lot like college students and real estate agents. It's an inexpensive peace of mind. I do hope they continue to support Android as it holds a large market share but I haven't experienced many issues with this version.

A partner and I decided to test our remotes to see if they work, they did not. We pushed the button twice like suggested, tried pushing it many times, held it down, never got any kind of response. I deleted the app from my phone, downloaded it again, nothing. Paired the remote with my phone again, still nothing. We were told that the remote only works with certain phones, for androids it is "the galaxy s4 and higher with the most updated software" and I have an s4 with the most recent update (not that we could find a list of phones they don't cover in the first place. Nor did the advertisements state that you have to use your phone's GPS and that the remote itself isn't actually GPS so our phone's were dying much more quickly throughout the day.) Unfortunately the only thing that was useful was alerting the police through the app, which I can do from a free app called React Mobile. This remote may work for some, may not but I would THOROUGHLY suggest you test your remote out before you are in a situation that you may actually need it to make sure it works.

As a Realtor, this gives me a easy option to notify authorities if I ever feel I'm in danger. 5 stars for this. I'm knocking off 2 stars because of the app itself. The app requires Bluetooth remain on all the time on your phone. If you turn off Bluetooth you will constantly get a pop up notification that Guard Llama needs to turn on Bluetooth even though I'm not using the fob. It also stays in your notification bar, you can't get rid of it. I don't like either of these annoyances.

Crime and accidents happen everyday, everywhere, anytime. This can definitely save a life.

My husband got this for me and I love it. Hopefully I don't have to use it but it's easy to test and the remote feels very sleek in my hand. I'm more confident everywhere I go.
