Genius Scan+ - PDF Scanner

Genius scan will slow your work occasionally with a "nag" to provide feed back to them, a bit embarrassing when with a customer and trying to set an appointment for a sale. But that only happens when an update to the otherwise perfect tool for my daily communication to the office is updated. Another sales consultant recommended Genius Scan to me and I am glad he did. Above all the customer support is wonderful!

Love this app! I needed an app that could handle scanning multiple pages and this is the best. Just needs to be able to lock screen rotation within the app. I disable rotation in phone settings but app screen still rotates which causes me to have to rescan. Please fix!

This app is amazing in terms of scanning documents. There are options for color or black and white, which both work well. There are options for cropping, taking scans in a batch, rotating etc. The best part though is that you can directly upload your scans to a cloud account and it's really simple once set up.

The only disappointment was having to purchase it a second time when I switched from my iPhone to android. Completely worth it though!

Doesn't save anything. If I change phones or have to do a reset everything is lost. Would be great if it saved but because it doesn't seem to have a reliable backup it isn't useful for business.

At least a corner magnifier for better crops!

Never have to use a real-life scanner again. Very quick and reliable.

Fantastic app! Would be even better if you could find the pdf files outside of the app.

It's really good at taking the shadows out of images and converting to black and white.

I'm very satisfied with how well this app is working on my phone. I can scan just about anything I want and send it to my other devices. In my experience the developer will go to great lengths to help you solve any problem that you might have.

Such an awesome tool. Working in the woods and not needing a scanner or a printer. Digital hand held everything! I just find the UI a little unintuitive but it just took a little use to get used to.

Gets the job done fast and easy. Elegant UI, intuitive, a pleasure to use. Works great free. After a while I bought it for the extras, specifically to share directly to Google drive which further increased productivity.

When i scan batch files and email it straightaway, only one page is sent to the receiver, and this has happened several times

Love magic mode and batch scanning, as well as how you can smoothly edit/recrop/enhance pages one after the other. It's super convenient and I've been using Genius Scan for digitizing homework and other important papers. However, been having an issue where, upon tapping a specific page inside a document (to go to the edit/enhance/format screen), it doesn't bring up the page but rather just a black screen where the page should be. Current workaround is to tap 'enhance' and tap any one of the options to force the image view to refresh. It happens once or twice every document. Other than that, great app, love how quick it is to scan, compile, and archive (in Dropbox or whatever you want) documents!

Not to mention auto detection fails and cant be switched off. I will be switching to an alternative. This app needs work but it's been around for years. Time it got upgraded.

Free version is great but the paid version has no peer: the greatest mobile document processor ever. A veritable supertool.

This app is perfect for scanning and storing expense receipts. It is quick and easy to use. New update with a default enhancement setting makes the process even smoother.

Helps me with expense reporting and converting correspondence into files I can save and use.

Its great not having to hold on to so many receipts. I scan everything I want to keep but don't need a physical copy of.

I really can't think of anything I would change. I've even purchased fax credits and it worked wonderfully. Thank you!
