FutuHR Mobile HR for Android
In my line of work, I’m constantly on the go. Whether it’s picking up materials or delivering finished projects to customers, I just don’t have time to sit idly and fill out paperwork. The hours I spend on HR rob me of time to get things done, or worse, time with my family. When I heard about FutuHR I was excited to try it, and impressed with the capabilities once I started using it. The best part is that it goes where I go because it’s all mobile and cloud based. If you’re constantly moving around with your business like I am, FutuHR is what you need for your business’s HR. The motto is true – HR now is where ever you are.
There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you pick up the basics, the functionality is incredible. Having the employee information on hand is nice. I use the app mostly for the time tracking (which can also be used as a project management tool). While it doesn't actually run payroll, it automates everything for you, so all you have to do is export and send it off to the provider for processing. I also found out that I can export the data to the Cloud Print and OfficeSuite apps, and that was a pretty neat discovery.
