The application is good and easy to use, wished if more restaurants and entertainment options included.

In Oman it s very limited choice, compared to UAE no chilli s compare to last year

It encourages me to try different places so I find new favourites.

I PRETTY MUCH CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT!

So poor! Every year less and worse offers. It is s joke! Much preferred when we got booklet st least not skimmed! Very bad that I can only see offers if online before only needed network to use vouchers.

Very good initiative by new marketing tools. I suggest to add more common outlets so members can benefit more. At the moment only selected outlets are available and if you see redemption history 70% vouchers are worthless.

Messed up with the new update of APP...Older App user interface is quite easy and good but the interface of New App is totally difficult.. 1. There is no option to filter by mall's. 2. There is no option to view hotels/attraction in MAP view.

The App works alongside a 9 digit code that's issued by HSBc and an email id of the customer.; even after a dozen efforts and iteration it doesn't work. Thoroughly frustrating. combo doesn't work. Af

why do i have to call HSbc for the number? can it just send me the 9 digit code to my email that is registered with Hsbc? uninstall.

There are some great offers but you have to have the Internet to get them. It should be possible to download a code to use later.

No varieties all offers take you to hotel cafe or 1 or 2 normal cafe. It will be better if other common places are available

Its awesome app. Swift n smart usability experience and alot saving.

Very nice but needs to be added more entertaining things like farrari world wild wadi aquaventure.etc

Its doesnt have all deals which the normal Entertainer has.

Removing the search functions from the latest update, like search by mall, hotel, area etc. rendered the app useless.

Search function is bad in the new app the previous one was better we should have the option to search by hotel name also

Automatic pop ups based on nearest location...And offers based on interests to be choosen

The deals are done with well chosen places specially in F&B section.

We have been happy with the restaurants we have been to, except friends who have the generic entertainment guide Have much more selection of restaurants

There are very few apps that can majorly improve quality of life, and this is one of them. Thanks HSBC!

Never let me down, i used the app frequently and in 2 different countries with no issues. I just recommend that the app is usable offline.

It unfortunately does not have all the deals The Entertainer has to offer

The best dining offers by any credit card. Simple to use. Instant redemption. A lot of variety.

I used it to the hilt during the holiday season. Worked very well for me..

Of course it have less options than the one for Dubai. but still have advantages, it contains fine dining options it also have other countries. I was able to use it in Oman in my favourite restaurant. Have to get the free password access from the bank to use it if you have a credit card

You used to have Shakespeare and co. Now i cannot find it and your help line over the phone said i can't do anything for you. I thought it's supposed to be an exact copy of entertainer specifically that you used to have this place

I would recommend adding a search button, nearby places and redisng the app to be more user friendly
