The Dubai Mall

Quite buggy. Only 13 outlets under dining. Was able to navigate to the food court once, never worked again. Was very useful when it did work though. Search will return zero results while I'm looking at the searched store. Will adapt rating when this has been sorted out.

Whomever developed this app didn't have the user in mind, not really conducted any stress tests to check its performance. The app freezes most of the time ( Google Pixel with latest Android installed ), it can't detect that I'm in the mall even though I have WiFi, Bluetooth and location service on. It's too slow to start and gives users no feedback that it's doing something in the background

This application does not do what it's supposed to. Downloaded it to navigate around the mall and I did not do as advertised. Horrible. Security will give you better directions.

Navigation doesn't work. Lists shops that no longer exist. Absolutely useless.

Worst app

Completely useless while connected to the Mall WiFi, disconnects everytime I tried searching or even moving! Currently I have no data to try it on.

Dubai mall great app

Just installed but it keeps on crashing, I had to install it immediately. Will install again once it has been enhanced.

Map functionality didn't work on Android 7.1.1 Also had trouble with the bottom navigation bar. Swiping over to what's new would just switch back to calendar. Uninstalled...

A very poorly written app that does not do a fraction of what it claims. The search only lists the most basic generic categories. For example the only entry for "Boots" is "Boots Phramacy". "Bicycle" is a null despite multiple shops selling that item, etc.

Completely non functional application. Waste of time. Didnt expect this from such a big name. Above all they have very limited information kiosk in mall.

I thought the mall would produce a decent app after removing most of the information kiosks. Sadly, no. This app is useless.

Very big disappointment. My child can develop a better app. This is an embarrassment to the Dubai Mall.

It crashes most of the time. It doesnt show the shop loaction. Parking functions still not working in the app. Its a very low performing app compared to Dubai mall status

Constantly crashes samsung galaxy s6 edge, says screen resolution is too low.
