Carousell: Snap-Sell, Chat-Buy

Convenient and easy to use. Photos are quick and easy to take - a listing can be put up in under 10 mins. But way too many spammy listings... Having said that, the app is pretty much enjoyable to use. Been lucky to meet pleasant Carousellers so far... Edit: Thank you for adding the read notifications, but my direct messages from customers are not showing up after the update. I see a snippet of the starting conversation, but when I open it I get nothing...this is a pretty costly error...

Nice platform to buy and sell 2nd hand items. Just wish other users are more responsible for creating better browsing experience. Eg: setting price at zero just to appear above the search, makes sorting by price feature ineffective. Btw can't seem to edit a few of my old listing descriptions

This apps used to work perfectly. The more it gets updated, the more broken the user experience. Have written in before to detail the hiccups with no feedback received. As such users like me will remain in the dark as to whether certain fixes are within the works of the roadmap etc. Having said that, am a super loyal user because the community and its management is awesome :)

Dear Carousell team, pls don't be greedy. Why the fish ur app got so many ads nowadays. Pls revert back to usual interface with free ads. Or else I might move to other buy/sell platform.

I like this app as very useful for buyer and seller both if there is no scam and dealing nicely. Both the parties will get the advantage,one as discardings things that is not in use and second to get usefull things for other

What happen sia.. lagging. Some times cant display pictures. I have a good wifi connection and using different devices and tested using data as well. What happen man... oi. Fix this problem lah.. lastest update still sucks big time. Older version was a masterpiece.

After update, listing items is impossible for some categories as after i finish filling up a yellow highlighted blank the app will bring me back to choosing a category again! It keeps doing it despite many tries.

I don't really like the concept of having to bank in the money first in order to buy items you want because with this method, it's really easy to get scam. I prefer credit card option as is much safer because you can release the payment after you gat your item and while waiting for your item to arrive, your payment will be on hold by Carousell. Please consider this method as it is much safer.

You only get people who contact you after you promote (bump). which is rather pathetic. Not that many buyers... for each genre of things to sell.

It's easy to use, simple as 1 2 3! I can sell my stuff and I can also buy some things for a very cheap price plus you also deal with the sellers. Great app!

Great app to list and sell your pre-loved things on the cheap. But it seems the new update messes up a couple of back-end editing things for the lister. Miss the older version!

Helped me in selling out all my things I don't need and earning some extra cash. Thanks to this app I've got to clear out my room and get cash too. Love this app although would rather have the Older carousell as now there seems to have more bugs and more ads.

Some sellers are rip offs but some sincere . Some buyers are "low-ballers" just asking to pass time. But that's life. App is wonderful , so whoever is using it, no offence , pass time go else where.

"Something went wrong". App does not seem to work.

No longer the app it use to be. So many restrictions and tons of irrelevant notifications. Time to uninstall what was once a useful app.

Please add option to sort listing by the seller's rating (feedback - high to low). This will help so much. Thanks!

It'll be great if app developer could include features such as 'similar' items' or 'stuffs you (user) might like' based on users searches/interest.

After the update it says no internet connection but I am connected to the internet.

Carousell is the perfect place for me where i can buy and sell stuff.It is a safe place to deal because carousell members would remove those who mia's a lot and fools around.With the help of carousell i can get the items that i want that couldn't be bought in shopping malls.Carousell is the app that i would use to buy stuff.

They restricted the my account due to network error and it's been 3 days now. No up update after tons follow up on their customer service. Multiple listing happen when encountering network error. It's ur app need to be fixed:(

Won't let me make an account without entering a city, which is only done by entering a country first. Well how am I supposed to do that if USA isn't on the list and it won't come up when I search it? Thought the app would be promising but ended up being a waste of time

Im already Uninstall and install again, but the same problem occur the picture doesn't appear at all. Please fix it i want to shop the 12.12 posting.

It keeps changing my category. I chose "service-others" but it put me on "instant food" and "bakery". And even when i edit it, it still showed that. It's pretty annoying. I'm not offering those instant food and bakery. Fix it.

its very good to sell it any where here in the world but now im waiting for seller but i have some interested not buyer but its ok.thanks for this app not like the other app if your not pay premium their block my account.

Good app, can improve more, specifically I want to copy from this ad to past other posting ad in the same carousel not allow, so if you want to post the same ad you have to write description again, meant have to write everything again, troublesome if your description is long.

Easy to sell thing! I sell everything used in Carousell easily, used thing can convert to cash is satisfied enough for myself.

Stupid apps, suddenly i can't open/accesc/log in my account without any notice.

Great app. Was able to sell a few stuff in a month. It would be great if we can see if he other party has "seen" or "read" my last chat.

Tempat yg bagus untuk jual beli, sebab kurang scammer.

Setelah di-update, tiap kali browse untuk kategori tertentu, hanya barang2 yg terbaru doang yg berulang muncul. Ga bisa lebih exploratif kayak sebelumnya untuk manajemen waktu postingan.

Please add an option to filter how long items have been listed.
