"Offences" that you can buycott out of the box is severely limited. I don't want to do all the research and additions myself. For example .. How about BSD movement or koch industries?

I can't get the scanner to work, maybe it's my phone, I don't know. Even when I search by product it comes up with nothing, even for products I know are affiliated with Monsato.(the company I really want to boycott).

This is one of my favorite apps. I love the idea behind the app and that citizens interested in holding corporations accountable can add information via the app or online from the site. Thank you, thank you, million times, THANK YOU! MUAH!

Haven't had this app long, but love it already. What a great tool for those of us who choose to spend our dollars with companies that meet OUR values. KUDOs on a great concept.

this is an efficient and responsive app that seems to cover more boycott initiatives against sopa-related legislation than the older 'boycott sopa' app. it covers pipa, sopa, ndaa, protect-ip and more. as it stands currently, this is the 'boycott app' to go with. also, 'deb' clearly doesn't understand how the program works. when you scan a product which does NOT come from a source associated with sopa, pipa, ndaa etc... the app will tell you that 'there are no boycotts' of THAT PARTICULAR PRODUCT. when you scan a product which comes from a source associated with the aforementioned legislative initiatives, it will clearly tell you that the product is being boycotted and list the reasons why.

Scan will not focus when other bar code scanners do. Eg. Att scanner.

I used it on a few household items. At first it didn't seem to work but then I read other peoples reviews and realised the product was ok. Then I typed in Monsanto and I got a boycott hit, not as many as there should be though. I did notice that on one of my queries that there was an option to add a boycott..does anyone know if that is added to everyones data base or just personal? If it goes to everyone then it seems the database will grow with more users. However I wanted to add one to Monsanto and I didn't see an option maybe because it already had 1 hit. I will keep it and see what happens. March against Monsanto May 25th..300+ events everywhere! This is what I wanted to add. It is a large event..large! So I felt it should be on the database. Maybe that is my error in thought?

In going to enjoy using this to make different purchases, but it really needs a redesign with the new Android API. The 2.2 API doesn't work well (doesn't scale to my screen) on my HTC Evo 3D

I know there are boycotts for these products. I just don't think this works.

I know certain boycotts are going on, especially regarding SOPA, yet this app claims there are no boycotts. Uninstalled as bogus app.

Was not satisfied. Scanned a few things and no boycotts came up. My walmart brand milk had no hit. Along with some other name brand items that I know their parent companies are being boycotted by certain groups. I do not understand how this product works. The scanner is not good at all. I have used other programs that scan better.

App reads phone calls, identity, and phone IDs... Um that should be a reason not to do business with THIS developer! Like the idea, it's so difficult to "put out money where or myth is". This would be a very helpful app, enabling people to vote their conscious with their dollars, mass voting by solar bills is the most effective way to vote and make our voice heard. Unfortunately THIS app has something subversive going on off they want to collect phone ID's, & lists of your callers...so Uninstall required.

Doesn't check parent companies. Buycott is much better. These developers should combine forces to make buycott work better so it can be back on the market. Buycott for android is working but you can't download it on the market at the moment.

Database is lacking and aesthetics are minimal. Are the banner ads even safe? Did not like the need to download another app to make a function of this one work.
