About A-VR-E
Avery’s Virtual Reality Experience – or A-VR-E - brings you into a beer garden, literally! A.VR.E allows you to explore Avery Beer by completely immersing you into a beer garden and keg cellar using a mixed reality. The app will take things from your general surroundings and turn them into a plethora of amazing beer information.
Our app takes the surroundings of Avery Bar and Brewery and turns them into a new world of information about all of the Avery beers. Anything from logos on beer bottles and merchandise to table tops and signs. All you do is open the app and start scanning unique things nearby. Once you find a target you will be rewarded with new information about the things going on around you. Whether that be information about the beer you want to order or interesting details of what happens inside the brewery A-VR-E. will help you learn all about it.
One of the virtual places you will be whisked away to is the beer garden. Once inside you will see information about all the Avery beers currently available in the bottle or on tap. It shows you each beer, its alcohol content and the price of both a glass and a growler. With even further exploration you can open up a description that goes into even more detail about each beer. The Keg room brings you down into the cellar to give you the same great features for all of Avery’s Barrel Brewed Beers.
The app can only grow from here. The possibility of adding more targets is endless, anything could become a point of interest. QR identification codes could be added around the brewery and bar to allow visitors to learn even more details about Avery. In the brewery, guests could learn about the entire brewing process through augmented and virtual reality during tours either with a group or on their own. In the bars, fun facts could be added about where Avery’s came from and even where it’s going. The more targets there are to find, the more fun the guests will have looking for them to find out more about the brewery.
A-VR-E will keep the night interesting by bringing visitors completely into the world of Avery brewery and bar. Everything you could ever need to know about Avery beers is available as a unique and fun experience that you will be eager to share with your friends.
