iFish Alberta for Android
This app is plain junk. I waited for it to get better but just sucks havent seen any effort to make it any better. Would have hoped for it to be more like the ihunter apps but this is plain dumb
Can't leave feedback for lakes, just get a blank screen..
Thank you. As a fish junky who likes to roam different lakes, this app is unbeatable. Plan a trip or plan to jump to an other lake on the spot. Works awsome on my Samsung Rugby.
Overall this is a handy app where people who like to fish can chat. There are also some other nice features such as the moon calendar. App is well written and doesn't crash. Worth the purchase price if you are a fisherman.
I'm glad to have this app finally running on android. So far works good, no crashing. *update* With the latest update fixing issues on ICS I'm changing my score to a 5.
I bought this just to help me get to unknown lakes after moving to Alberta. Many lakes are NOT where this app tells you they are and instead will lead you to some random farmer's field.
If you have an app for sale that lists lakes and rivers it seems reasonable that it would have a substantial amount of lakes and rivers to view. I can think of 10 lakes near me that won't show up when I search for them. Same goes for rivers. Don't waste your money on this one.
This app is garbage. It has almost no information on any of the lakes marked. It doesn't tell you what's in the lakes just provincial limits. It's a complete waste of money and time. Essentially they've created the framework, done none of the work and are expecting the users to fill in the details. It might be worth getting in 10 years. Don't waste your money on this garbage.
Can't go wrong with this service. It's fantastic.
Don't buy this app. It doesn't do anything worth mentioning. A total waste of money. Note to the author of this app:Aren't you embarrassed to sell such terrible software?
Why do I need to register an account for an app I own?
Wish I could do a lake search with the map view.
So bad it feel like no one Even use this app or just cuz it was in Lethbridge.
Divers and streams cosy extra is a bummer but otherwise pretty solid.
Don't waste your money if you have a nexus 5.
The app is always improving. Your feedback is imperative in finding out what the everyday angler requires in the field. Please send in your feedback. As well update locations and leave comments within the app. This will greatly improve the information provided to its subscribers.
I had this app on my iPhone and it was great I'm glad we can finally get it on android. I'm expecting it to be just as good but if it isn't I'll make sure to adjust my review accordingly.
Awesome App! Been waiting a long time for Android version of iFish! Time to go fishin'!
4.99 seemed okay as description read "now includes rivers and streams". They failed to mention "for another 4.99...." Not a lot of money but just TACKY TACTICS.
I have to pay for rivers that some $!+y bull $(-)!+
Great app and love the fact that it shows your limits for each area. Love the comments area as well for each one that helps when you are decidibg where to go each weekend.
Not even close to what it shows in the app no map or anything like that very disappointed for paying $6.99
This app works okay, but I paid for this app last year, and then I don't get "rivers and streams" when you add it? I have to pay ANOTHER $4.99???? That is robbery. Bull $&%+. Not happy.

Very handy
Amazing app just wish it had a little more info on rivers but still worth ask 5 stars
Finally bought the app after using the internet on my phone to see it. Great resource for a beginner to experienced angler.
There is no better resource that I know of for Alberta lakes. Runs flawlessly on the Galaxy S3.
Always up to date information from local anglers! Been using for a year and it's been great.
Wondering how I can add my pictures to my app. I have the app installed on my HTC one.
Samsung nexus phone and the app is Awesome as you can communicate with other anglers lots of info great pics of different species of fish and very good lake searches and great info ..happy angling!!
Great app only problem I'm having is every time I use it I have to log back in to view hot spits even though I have remember me checked. Also it would be nice in the hot spots to have easy to use drop down menus for selecting depth species color of hook etc. Would make the app much more useful as a way to log my success.
Very useful, I use it almost every time I go fishing and discover new hot spots. It is packed with features, some things are frustrating, depth charts are PDFs. They would be much more useful as an overlay to map, so you could see where you are on the lake. Also the directions launch the web based version of Google maps and not the native andriod client.
After updating some of the lakes that used to be referenced are no longer there. In the "View All Lakes" section lakes are shown in the wrong zone, ie, Lesser Slave Lake is not part of the "Eastern Slope" it's actually in the "Northern Boreal" zone. Before the update the search for lake was working properly and showed all lake searched. This app was really good but now it's actually misleading and frustrating. Go back to the working version.
I was surprised by the depth of this app. Good features including basic knot tieing, hotspot marking personal and public, fish identifying guide. inc. behavior patterns, lake search inc. By fish type. Ive learned alot from this app
Great app
Love this app
The only app I have paid for

Used to be a decent app but not anymore!
