AA Days Out Guide

Used to work fine. Now 'Near me' only works when I am at home and on the other very rare occasions when the app shows any sign of knowing where I am. 'Search' doesn't work at all. End result is most of the time the app just sits there with a spinning icon.

London is useful and good that it has inks to gallery websites. No other area of the country works. The twirly wheel hangs in the middle of the screen and never allows access to any of the advertised areas.

Update- crashes constantly so can't use. Deleted. can't search anywhere else even using map- download to plan our holiday so useless :-( very disappointed

How difficult can it be to write an app like this that works? Endless spinning circles. Just awful

Never works or returns any results. Doesn't even work when connected to my home WiFi. Absolutely useless app.

Please fix it will not search a location other than home used t use it all the time

First thing they want are all your details so they can add you to their marketing lists (you can skip but then it ask every time). Next the app welcome screen is just a list of instructions and symbols. The search results themselves are decent however and it does have location, they just need to work on presentation!

I just went through and added all my favourite places only to find it only lists 20, so it basically wipes all the favourites you selected before and only saves the last 20 that you select. It doesn't tell you this anywhere so you waste your time. It should keep all your favourites and be viewable on a map

Crashes constantly

We live on the South Coast with an abundance on attraction near by. This app could not identify one of them. If visiting London, Devon/Cornwall or the Lake District fine but most other locations severely lacking

Fair app, plenty of detail but so far cannot find anywhere that has any photos??

The first thing this app does is to ask you for loads of personal details; there is the option to skip but seems you have to do this every time. Other apps do no such thing so I don't see why the AA has the need to know so much personal info.

Hoped this years app would be better than last years. It is better, but not on my nexus 4 & 7 on android 4.2 don't Work with any of the AA Apps. Please fix as they Work on my wife's galaxy s3 mini

Opening page demands your phone number and email address so this can be sold to junk mail and spam companies. Uninstalled immediately i saw this.

You cannot filter search results. I'd like it to only show me places that are wheelchair accessible. My only choice is to call the venue as disabled people are clearly not important to the AA.

Dirk we need phone state and identity so the app works properly when you get incoming calls etc.... This app is not malware and you don't know what you are on about!

Too much information required to open. No reason for the app to require phone and email info to start. Evil

After updating just opened with a blank screen! Cannot use.

All I get after the upgrade is a blank white screen with the "list" and "Search" icons but nothing else and nothing works!

I am uninstalling. I love this app and use it a lot, but why do I have to put my info in every time. Why can't it remember?

Update to 2012 data came weeks ago, but now it's asking for permission to read phone state and identity. That's what I call MALWARE!

This is awesome. Graphics & content is superb. I can't see how it could be bettered.

As everyone else says... does not work. Maybe the 2014 version might????
