Focus on targets
Creating small achievable targets can help you stay focused on your activity by positive reinforcement. Nothing feels better than knowing you are progressing in one way or the other.
Count every step of the way
Various counters give instant feedback on performance and history. It can help bring structure to your routine and provide data to assess how far you have come since you started.
Philosophy : Consistency over motivation
The only guaranteed way known to humanity to bring change into your life is by repetition. Wanting to do something new can be extremely frustrating and procrastination-inducing. Motivation may help in the short term, but it will inevitably burn out pretty quick. Instead, perform an activity enough number of times and it gets seared into your brain by changing your brain's neural connections and default pathways. An impossible dream transforms into an achievable goal. This tried and tested method can be applied to anything like improving muscle tone by exercising or achieving mindfulness through meditation or learning a new language. Lifrack helps you on your journey to make change a constant in your life and to ensure each day is better than the last.
