Tudo começou com a ideia do vocalista Matt Maxx e do violonista e vocalista Marcio Agnelo de fazerem um projeto folk com músicas dos anos 50, 60, 70 e até mesmo atuais, mas todas muito famosas e conhecidas por todas as faixas etárias.

Integrando o guitarrista e vocalista Ivan Bardini e a excelente cantora, com uma incrível bagagem musical, Angel Ruiz, o quarteto foi formado e já está se destacando no cenário da música, bares e casas noturnas da cidade de São Paulo.

O termo surgiu em um movimento que cresceu nos Estados Unidos e Canadá em meados da década de 1960. O som era composto por harmonias vocais afinadas e uma abordagem limpa para a utilização de instrumentos elétricos, como a guitarra elétrica.
