Can't redeem new coupons that are earned, does not save address and credit card information for quick checkout, does not have Android pay integration, and unable to track order via app if you leave the confirmation page after order.

The app is great, the rewards program stinks! You cannot use more than one reward, even though it's your money to use! I wish the old rewards program was available! This stinks! So very mad, was a very very loyal customer, might need to find another company to spend our money at!

Need to enter address and credit card info every time

It doesn't save my address. It doesn't save my credit card info. It doesn't give credit for rewards. On the plus side, it's pretty easy to order. It just doesn't measure up to other food ordering spps.

Unable to upload receipts after taking a picture. I found it extremely annoying and frustrating that this app never seems to work how it should towards its rewards process. The app constantly has problems like this and should be able to link rewards when purchases are made through it.

Unable to place order, tried 2x and orders would not process. Ordered over the phone and while picking up, I mentioned the app issues and both cashiers were like "yeah, it doesn't work." Also, why do you need my credit card on file if I'm unable to use it to pay... Sloppy, needs lots of work.

App for coupons sucks!

Easy to use when ordering a pizza online; the best online pizza ordering website I have used yet! Makes it so much easier to a accumulate and track your rewards points! Excellent app to go along with one of the best pizzas in the world!

All apps should be this user friendly and intuitive... which means other app developers can learn some great lessons from this app. Congratulations to Lou Malanaties, your app, as your pizza, is better then all the others!

Saved payment info doesn't show up at checkout?

Fine for ordering food, but this app desperately needs to add Android Pay. Typing your payment information by hand for every order is very annoying.

Great App, Great food!

I love the pizzas and the company! Great people. The app makes you register any card you might use, then confirm it, then it isn't saved when I go to order. Ordering process and menu navigation is nice and I like the ui. Overall, makes ordering easier but it will save me only a little money.

Used the app. Drive 40 minutes, nothing there. Have to wait 40 minutes anyways. From now on I just call. Uninstalled app but they still have cc info.

Long time dough card participant. Frequent Android app user in general. However, whoever decided to link a program to registered credit cards has a screw loose. I have a wallet full of cards and also use Android pay. Why would I want to store my credit cards on this site? Real disappointment

This is my dream food for me this is probably the best pizza in the entire planet on the entire universe in the entire galaxy or reverse that entire galaxy then entire universe very happy they opened here in Arizona very happy!

I was told by an employee i dont have to register my card and that i can just send a photo of the receipt if i use cash because thats how i pay for pizza most of the time and there is no option for that. You guys may not get the card info but that doesn't stop others from getting that info

You can't go wrong with Lou's. I've been coming here my whole life and recently moved five minutes from one. I've never had bad food here ever.
