I've installed and then UN-installed this APP twice. It takes up a lot of space on my phone, and it has too many notifications. It's clunky, it fails and freezes, and I can't complete certain tasks on the PHONE itself (like adding a new card # OR adding a receipt). Then, when trying to work inside the web site instead to complete that task.... it won't allow me to log in, or gets stuck at a security page. I also could not manually add a photo of a receipt. IT DOESN'T WORK ON THE PHONE OR IN CHROME BROWSER - and there is ZERO customer support. THIS IS THE MOST FRUSTRATING APP IV WORKED WITH IN YEARS... If I did not HAVE TO have it for Flying Star rewards I would not use it at all.

Good app in theory. Customer service is good. The receipts are still not sending and I left my check at the restaurant. Frustrating.. please fix.

Downloaded the app but error messages show up, so I can't open it. Using Galaxy 6 phone

Isnt tracking my purchase history and im having to manually scan receipts, have all my cards saved in the app. Didn't have to do this before :/

Works and is unconsciously easy

Very good with trying to improve the app however the last upgrade won't accept a photo of the transaction it just attempts to load...I have lost several transactions because I clean my phone out of bs photos. ..getting old

I am gluten intolerant and it's nice to know there is a place that thinks about those of us with food allergies from main dishes to desserts!

So if we pay with cash we can't use it? Or if I use a different card I can't accumulate rewards? I don't really want to give that info out. Couldn't even finish registration.

Seriously?!?! Can't install the app on my new phone (tried 5 times!) and log into my previous account. Lost all I was working for the past year. Cannot get ahold of anyone to help me. Sent an email... no response. Worst app I've ever tried.

I love the Flying Star anyway, so this rewards program makes me extra happy. It was easy to redeem my rewards and I like that it saves my purchase receipts.

After one visit to a popular venue we are already receiving rewards on money that would have been spent anyway.

Instead of photo receipt, would love to see where the app could be scanned by store at time of purchase.

Love that this reward program rewards me for eating at one of our favorite places. Fabulous!

I work in marketing and I use the thanx app all the time! It's so easy to use and hassle free.

Already got my $5 reward. And continue to get rewards from great stores like basin.

While checking out the new app realized there are a TON of new locations.

Love getting a notification when I get an reward at my favorite coffee place!

Redeeming rewards for my receipt took a little long, but other than that I have no issues.

Definate competition for Zacharys on the deep dish, and the meatball sub is one of the best I've ever eaten!

Terrible service with this app. Changed phones reloaded app, password didn't work, requested password reset, denied saying invalid email which is where I get updates from the app. Contacted customer support 4 times over two months not one response. Not sure if these guys are crooked, lazy or just incompetent.
