About MQTT Alarm Control Panel
MQTT Alarm Control Panel
MQTT Alarm Control Panel is an alarm control panel for use with home automation platforms that support MQTT messaging. The application was originally built for Home Assistant'sMQTT Manual Control Panel. However, the application can be used with any home automation platform that supports the MQTT messaging protocol.
The alarm control panel acts as an interface for your home alarm system and allows for two way communication using MQTT. You can set the alarm state to away or home, or disarm the alarm using a code. Your home automation system controls the sensors or automation that triggers the siren or notifies users of possible intrusion.
The alarm control panel has some other nice features such as a weather forecast, a screensaver mode, and the ability to load home automation web page. The alarm panel is open source and available on GitHub, there is also a version that runs on a Raspberry Pi and Android Things.
The alarm panel is meant to be a run on dedicated wall mountable device that runs continuously in full-screen mode. Therefore, it operates only in the landscape position for the best user experience.

2 star for Android things I just started also to learn 1 star for having on Android and things tab but 2star deduct as your app is hang while couple of navigation it's horrible experience as being developer. Location for weather statistic and backward nav hang on some point. Moreover, I have experienced your app is just for landscape as an experience I notice while nav in menus I missed few scrolling list view I didn't notice does they exist. But at the last nav I notice you have scrolling list view that was easily experience if it will be in portrait mode you should not fix it for Android app but for tablet definitely it's awesome. I hope you take this view as a testing design and improve your app. Don't waste my critical feedback as I spend my 1 hour for whole these things.
