Have reported it many times. Journey planner arrival at 10am. It returns arrival at 9am! Piss poor! Only thing worse than the app is the service TFL provides! Horrific!

This is the most useless application I have ever downloaded. It is so useless that the key smart card will never be active or connected to a ticket purchased and all tickets machines at the stations will not work or the queue at the machine is longer to the one at tickets hall. You cannot be serious. Even the ticket purchased cannot be saved. Some checkers at your stations are so unintelligent, the don't even know the meaning of mobile phones applications. Please get help from Trainline though they have similar problems but they're better.

Useless, does not allow you to buy tickets for the key, with an error message that tells you you can only buy smart card tickets - which is what I'm trying to do. Dont waste your disk space. Back to paper tickets.

Have mercy! This is 2017! You are (still!) in EU. How come I can not buy a ticket online and have it saved on my mobile??? Even in Africa you can do it. Pathetic!

This poor app has a lot to do -so many delays and problems to report. The delay repay is just a website link, whereas out should be part of the app. Disappearing trains an issue too

Randomly goes into landscape mode even though I do not have auto rotate on and then freezes. Pretty much useless. Uninstalled immediately!

Only use this to buy tickets but come on lads why default the start date of a monthly ticket to two days after current date when majority of people buying a ticket today will want it to start tomorrow! I got caught once when I changed the default 2 days from now to tomorrow but after an error with my payment I didn't spot it reverted back to start 2 days from now thus losing a day. What a pain!

Barely used it but you can only add one common journey so not so useful for going to work and back. Tbh it's a pretty pointless app, you may as well just use Google maps

I buy tickets today and when I checked my online tickets it wasn't comeimg up then realised it wasn't even log in and normal I would let me buy tickets with out loging in frist so something at your end needs fixing and something is wrong somewhere please fix it for next time as I was thanking that you gays take the money and down me in back time then I remembered that it ended up in Email and it should have gone in my booking page on you application

Very good app no complaints.

It says you can submit delay repay applications on it but the app just redirects you to the website

I can't find Farringdon on the list of the stations...

This is a great app providing accurate information in real time. Very useful and reliable (unlike the trains themselves!) They should put the app developers in charge of running the actual train service!

Like it but wish it make stable.

Every time I sign into my account it crashes the app.. How are you supposed to buy tickets if you can't log in.

Has somehow become even worse than it used to be. If it's not for the bugs which make it crash unnecessarily every now and then, it's the inaccurate information it displays. It has made me miss more trains than I have been able to catch. There is absolutely no reason to download this rubbish app, Citymapper all the way.

The only good use of this app could have been the delay repay submission which the notes say it does. Of course this is a joke as the app then open the browser and open the standard claim form where you again are required to fill thousand of fiends every time. Useless to say that you can't claim from a mobile as the site asks for a captcha code that doesn't appear. Engineers should seriously think on what they do as they are getting some money at the end of the month and these are not deserved.

Thameslink on track, Southeastern on track and Southern on track are three very useful as the can tell you what route to take, the price of car parks, the price of tickets and some info of the stops. I have bad spelling abillitys

App is useless, just like the train service. Nothing but delayed trains and problems since you took over the franchise.

Finally something which is worse than their train service...

Fare information is easy enough to find but journey planner is useless.

What type of app doesn't allow you to paste your password at log on? This one. Are you meant to use a strong password, and then type it into a masked text box!?? Ridiculous

Always clunky, but now useless as I can't login to buy tickets. It's a good job their core service of running trains is better... oh hang on!

I use it to check if trains are running late (which is most of the time). The arrivals and departures screens are too confusing to use. Also, why doesn't the app tell you how many cars are in a train?

Decided to use "The key" to buy my tickets from now on (as the Leagrave ticket machines are useless) but there is now no option to print off receipts

The app keeps on crashing, I can't log into my account. The app is as bad as thameslink

I've never written a review for any app but the state of the Thameslink one is laughable. Constantly crashes. Never any real time updates. Never easy to see why a train has been delayed. Also, like the information boards on the platform 'Delayed' is not a reason for 'where my train has disappeared to'. Would be nice to have a reason. I have to applaud all the people who either work for Govia, are friends of the employees or work for the app devolper for giving 5 star reviews. If i could give 0 i would.

I got a new handset so redownloaded the app. Can't find Farringdon anywhere! Not under its own name, London Farringdon or its 3 letter code. It was there before! So I can't set up the dashboard for my common journey to and from work. Disappointing.

Used to work fine - basically unusable since late October 2015 as crashes every time I click to find detail of a particular journey. Disappointing as was really useful when it worked.
