Thalys for Android
Very good app showed me the ticket i purchased online the moment i registered. However there is another person with me (same booking ref) and their ticket is not showing because of data synchronization error.
Data synchronization error. It is unhelpful to not be able access purchased tickets electronically, which defeats the ultimate purpose of this app, due to such an error. Apparently this is persistent with end users. Please fix.

Worked while I was in Europe. Let me easily pull up my e ticket without using my data.
Good practical app.
Regular bugs and synchronisation errors. My tickets do not always appear in the app and I never managed to complete a reservation via the app - it is incredibly slow and buggy. Unreliable.
Ridiculous. To make a account they want to know your address and your profession and company where you work. Why? This is private. Because of this I don't like to sign in. You don't need to know this information to let someone just buy a simple train ticket!
Still unstable, regularly loses information when trying to book forcing you to reenter everything. Doesn't remember membership details. Requires tickets booked through the app to be manually added after booking. In short, still an app written by amateurs with no thought for user experience.
Slow app, delays on the network are not mentioned or not up to date, and the QR code of the ticket doesn't work to get in or out of Rotterdam train station, with the risk of missing your train because you can't get in. Even after one year still not solved.
Pity that you cannot pay with American Express on the App like on the site. Also.surprising not to have visibility between business and second class tickets at the same time
The thalys app is accurate reliable and easy to use for booking tickets while on travelling and good agenda functions. Also it give warnings of any travel incidents.
I have to insert every time my credit card details. I would rather prefer they were saved in my profile a goldcard user. Furthermore, it lacks a box with all my receipt. It would be handy to collect them in my profile and to be able to print them at once for the refunding of my company.
An enormous ergonomy problem, does not sync at all, impossible to download my card and incredibly difficult to connect. Actually unusable
Without connection some time i am not able to show my ticket. It will be more efficient to save the tickets in a wallet.

Straight forward, efficient, fast
It does the job but very poorly. For example it is just silly that we cannot choose a date with a calendar...
It does show your QR code. Other than that, far inferior to other methods of booking. Unable to chat with customer service, unclear train and seat selection, including issues other users mention regarding booking errors, very little information regarding TheCard status. All of those things are services provided by Thalys, just on their website. I find it best to book on Thalys.fr and then have the conductor scan my TheCard card on the train. Being able to book a journey easily should be a priority.
No way to complain nor to link to their social media
It doesn't recognise your booking number, doesn't find your train... So, not useful at all.
App stalls and doesn't properly load tickets. Error when attempting to book using app.
Tickets disappear once the train departs. Twice they were removed before the ticket inspector had checked them which defeats the whole point of the app. Also disappear when the train is late so even boarding becomes difficult. Its easier to use the email. Designed by fools
I tried to book a trip and received error. i tried booking it 3 times and now have 3 bookings for myself for the same train. so big bug. don't trust bookings done there
I tried booking and received error on first name. Then i done buying ticket but its not reflecting in my record n have not receive email

Constant problems
Unable to reach customer service. Numbers don't work and no replies to emails. And then no provision of web chat. This app should have some options for customer service.
Tickets I have purchased should be available offline. What's the advantage of an app over just having the tickets in an email if I need a connection anyway. Purchasing via the app is a pain.
Good for tracking and storing tickets (I always travel paperless). However, buying tickets through the app is a pain.
When you get a barcode from the app this one is too small to be used to pass the gate at train stations. Please test your development at the gate. Also the phone number to change tickets is wrong. Thanks geeks
