Was brilliant unfortunately has stopped giving platforms for trains which was one of the main things I used it for :-(

Changed from Samsung S4 to Sony Z5 now it's saying I never bought it?! Rubbish guys,all my other paid and unpaid apps worked fine

Widget used to work fine but now it doesn't function making it useless. DO NOT BUY THIS APP IF YOU WANT TO USE THE WIDGET.

This apps widgets are fantastic. So easy to see at a glance when my train is and which platform. Simple but superbly effective. Often gives me better information than the staff or boards at stations

No platform information any longer. Next to useless with this.

It looks very out of date nowadays, but this app is much more accurate on the real time train info than any other I've used. It's usually ahead of the boards on the station!

This app is always at the top of my list of highest consumers of battery. I have reinstalled and still no luck.

Having used this app for several years it's disappointing that the widget stability still suffers from slow to no updates, freezing and general performance issues

*** The only reason I still have an Android phone is because of this app *** yup I have to carry an android and my iPhone because there is not an equivalent Apple app - simple, quick and easy to use...

Has recently been using a ridiculous amount of battery, 25% - 30% even though widget set to manual refresh.

Edinburgh Gateway station is missing. The feedback email is not recognised

Please sort out this issue

Great app, but on Android 6 the pushbuttons on popup dialogues are totally illegible (black on black).

The platform information is inaccurate if ever available? Remove the social media crap, pls.

It's working fine ok my phone and tablet I found out why and I fixed the problem this only a problems sometimes the Widget did open or the app what open

No platform info! Hasn't displayed platform information for London Victoria for months

Loyal user for a long time, but now looking around for alternatives, since the platform data hasn't worked for months. This is a crucial feature for me.

Used to show platforms. This was invaluable on large or even medium size stations. Tube status link is useful. Could there be a similar status summary for train lines?

Accurate and useful app. Design getting very tired though

Easily let's me define my commute and find the next train. Platform works for me.

I have tried all major UK rail journey planner apps over the years and this one is the best. Good work guys.

Every time I put the rail planner app on both my tablet and mobile, the widget seems to fail when I first turn on. Should I remove the widget and put back, it works with no problem. 2 stars have been removed until it's resolved

Widget stopped working overnight and does not refresh after a day of being on screen. Also the interface is so dated. Could almost be connected to a dot matrix printer.

Have used this app for about a year. Gets me info about train times/cancellations in real time and is often faster than the info boards at the station. Wouldn't want to leave home without it. Even better now there is the 'via' function. (Samsung Galaxy W)

No platform data since last summer, beyond a joke now renders the app completely useless for catching trains

Have to wait for update to include newly opened stations, including the closest station to where I live. Seems odd to have the stations hard coded into the app, which is only likely to lead to such gaps in service.

Great app but I cannot view the service bulletins, they are black with blue writing and go off the screen.

Please put some effort into updating the design of this app. It's beyond dated now.

Bugs have been sorted out, and ticket purchasing is added to the app. Excellent app, very accurate and smooth. Samsung Galaxy Note 2, 4.4.2

Will we be seeing a design update anytime soon? :D

Widgets are useful and app is much better than the national rail one, however no platform info for southern/Thameslink services since July, but this is a fault of national rail who seem to have and inability to fix it....
