This app has more bugs than an amazon rainforest. If for some reason your chat messages make it through more than 5 texts try to arrange chatting on Line or another 3rd party chat. Messages will sit in limbo. Really sucks when you actually get to meet someone and hitting it off then your messages stop getting read and they start thinking you're no longer interested. And yes. I have reinstalled on two different phones today after they suspponsly fixed the problem

The best app for meeting thai girls! A lot of members and every girl is 100% real . And till now everyone spoke english to me, although i have no problem speaking thai. Needed improvements: -the speed of the app, very slow loading pictures and profiles! For me, it's 5 stars!

*** Update - got a new phone. No change. Happens mid conversation so not a delay at the other end. *** Messages take days to go through. I'm on high speed wifi and don't have this issue with other apps.

Only because it is not translating any language into English. I emailed support but no change. I downloaded google translate and no problem it works. But can't link it to ThaiJoop very frustrating as I have many messages I cannot read or attempt chat.

Then 2 weeks ago they updated the app. Since then it's not worked as well. Messages don't get thru. And when they do it gets sent to the person in the wrong order. Potty as it was great. Now doesn't work at all.

Bad usability. For example loud popup messages even in mute modus. Many ladyboys. Most user far away and I didn't find a way to filter it (doesn't necessarily mean there's not such a filter)

English translation is broken. It will not translate different languages into English, making it extremely difficult to communicate with people

I want to register using my email but tells me it is not a valid email.. that's crazy stupid

Have a new phone. No option to login using the old account (unless using facebook) so had to signup as new member. Received approval of photos and at the same time got a message the account was banned. Very confusing.

What have I done to be banned please guys I need to use this app

So far, I've talked to real people from Thailand. They've given me lots of useful information for my future retirement there. I've made some friends that makes the move less scary. The app doesn't try to charge you for anything. It's a solid app.

I have to replace my profile photo almost every time I log on. Also I see many likes I have sent are never delivered????? WhyWhy Now the issue with photo's has been resolved but, the issue with message delivery is still an issue i. e. Slow delivery, the last 2/3 weeks, most of my messages have not been delivered. The initial contact is ok, after that nothing is delivered. What is the problem?
