It is useful app! Before i rated 5* for the idea of it, but after use of times i think this is worth 3* only! My comment is that you add options for separate 7 days of week in disturb function! So i can tick 5 days except for Sat & Sun!

Issue in the chat as we have to open the app in order to check the msges. Which is wrong as notification messages should apear while is closed similar to other apps. Also the location is not accurate at all

After the last update ad supported software could not accurate locate my device, could not monitor the device. USELESS

The app doesn't work ... Keeps telling me that there's no network connection !

New update wont let me login just keeps saying failed. Sort this out asap.

Ok.. first off.. I PURCHASED the watch with money.. now I have an app that pushes ads!!!!!!!! Come on! Next thing as messages or SOS do not come anymore. I'd rather refund this mistake purchase!! FIX YOUR APPP AND REMOVE ADS!!!!! I PAID FOR THE PRODUCT I DO NOT NEED ADS!!!!

Push Notification doesn't work ????, need to open the app to get messages and updates, this makes the whole monitoring stuff pointless ???? Also please remove the stupid banner on top of the screen.. It's absolutely useless.

Inaccurate location! This application suppose to be a location tracking apps....please fixed it! I don't know whether the problem is the device or the apps...even handphone gps is far more accurate!

It still needs work. I have been using for 3 years and it is getting better. The LBS & GPS need a little bit help still. The only big problem is, on the IPhone, the wechat notifies you quick with the app closed, but on the Android you must have the app open or you do not get notified about the chat.

It remains blocked at the same position the whole week. It shows me position with accurately of 500 meters. After last update with a lot of adds it doesn't work anymore. ????????????

Why does it keep saying "No Networking Equipment"? Wi-Fi is on, so it shouldn't be a problem?

Missed the location of the watch even if it is near by. I found it very unreliable, I wish they can improve it sooner.

It's not giving the right location. It's off by 100 meters at least which means that I cannot keep track of my kid. I know where he is exactly ATM and the app is telling me that he's about 100 m north of the location. My phone GPS however, is giving me my right location. This app still needs tweaking

For the most part I like it. It does keep shutting down and I have to uninstall and reinstall it. I've had to do 3x, so about once a month.

Good, but at tomes has comms link down meaning can't send messages to watch or adjust settings. Generally neat watch and good for kid's wrist when out and about

Don't update it! The latest version is not better, but contains advertisements.

I'd be glad if the app notifies me with sound signal when I have a new message from the child. And if I can download some elementary game for the watch. Everything else is fine.

The only thing I have a problem with is that the location isn't very precise

The base station is about 100m away from where the watch is actually located.

Needs a lot of improvement. Child's position still far from accurate.
