About TFThrowAnalysis
TFThrowAnalysis application (Part of TF Series) uses supplied athlete data to optimize Run Way Approach and Circle Approach. Run Way Approach includes Javelin Throw events. Circle Approach includes Shot Put, Discus Throw, Hammer Throw, and Weight Throw events. It is compatible with and follows guidelines from USA Track & Field Coaching Manual.
Application also uses supplied athlete data to analyze, predict, or optimize Throw Results. It can be used as a Personal Training aid.
Calculated values for specified Run Way Distance, Max Run Rate, Time Constant, and Max Step Distance include Run Time, Forward Start Force, Run Velocity, Run Acceleration, and Run Steps.
Calculated values for specified Approach Time, Number of Turns, and Time Constant include Competitor Approach Distance, Implement Approach Rate, Approach Angle Velocity, Approach Angle Acceleration, and Time per Turn.
Calculated throw values for specified input include Throw Distance and Height, Horizontal Force and Velocity, Vertical Force and Velocity, Flight Path Angle, Throw Release Velocity, Attitude Angle, and Throw Time.
Specific values can be used to estimate strength levels required.
Specified Inputs include Vertical Acceleration, Approach Velocity, Throw Rate, Incidence Angle, Wind Velocity, and Implement Related Data.
Email, print (with compatible device), or retrieval (with additional software) of results is also provided.
