Company was good in past. But my last two booking not served . I have booked 14 hours advance and just 1 min before of journey, company informed me that no driver available,( informed not itself, just replied when I called to customer care)

Registration part not working and if we enter verification OTP it's showing error. They wouldn't take phone booking and beg you to use web or mobile app. Anyway you tried to use web app that's also not working properly. Lots of improvement required.

Booked a cab today (3:35 pm)from website , when I called customer care for not getting cab on time they said booking has not been confirmed because of website issue and the lady didn't assist .

I made a booking under "Ride Later" through the app for a drop to the airport later in the evening. When I didn't receive any driver details 15 mins before my scheduled time, I called up customer support and they told me they wouldnt honor "ride later" bookings. Left me high and dry and didn't even bother to inform me that they wouldn't be able to provide a cab. Wont be trying this again.

Just can't add destination, driver don't know route. You OLA, if you want to merge then why to maintain this worst app???

It hardly loads. Very bad app. Once it got opened and I was able to book the cab after 5 attempts. But, the cab was in shambles and rickety. It broke down on the way and I got late. On to of that, I was charged for the time, driver tool to repair the car.

Service nt dat good, had a bad experienc wd a tfs driver once... Tfs dint do anythng to address my concern even aftr i filed a complain to them

Am a regular user of Taxi For Sure when ever we get updates..... any one of the options never work..... now, Later option is not working.... Please make it available.... else u gonna loose ur customers gradually....

Extra charges appears in fine thin line. Should appear in bold. Also does not display peak timings and charges, leaving commuters in dark as how much would they need to pay& what are the peak hours considered by the company.

Had tried multiple times, could not enter destination address while booking a cab. It asks for address and does nothing when entered! The Support & Help section is so poor - doesn't have questions which user is looking for, and doesn't have a place where feedback can be given. Had loaded extra cash in Olamoney, and it doesn't even show my cash balance! A typical 'Cannot connect to server, try again later' error!!

I did OTA update for my mobile Lenovo Vibe K4 Note to Marshmallow. After this, I tried to install the app and it's throwing Error Code:- 505. Need fix immediately.

Lately, the app has been showing NO CABS in my area. This has never happened before. The Ola Micro one showed one cab and when I made an Ola account in order to book that cab, The Ola cab on the map disappeared as well! And when I try to book a cab for a later time as one isn't available right now, the app doesn't book that as well. What the heck is going on?!

The actual bill when you reach you deztination is not 6 rs per kilometers and 50 rs for starting 2 kms.. its mich more that which is notjing bit cheating your customers...

Booked Taxi for Sure from OLA app ,talked to driver ,said coming in 10 min , Hwever didnot come and 2 min later his phn switched off and money deducted from my account as showing as completed , had word at Cust. Care ,they promised for another cab in 10 min ,Hwever no sign even after 20 min and then received a call that we will not be able to arrange . Pathetic ....

Most horrible app I have ever used. The map itself can't find the location and keeps fluctuating, forget about booking the cab.

This application requires 3G nd 4G network,fix it nd required on2G also, nd pls give offers on taxi nd try to give some more updates on this app. Nd m happy with his cheap rates nd make sure the required places taxis more available like ola and uber as in 24hrs

The customer care cancelled my booking on a non existent call that I supposedly didn't pick. This after the driver had confirmed that he was on the way. Appalling.

Driver name MOHD SALIM-843378310, car number MH04ES8302, I called driver to come at Lotus Petrol Pump, andheri west, he said that it will take 10 mins to reach there. I said Okay! So I was waiting for him from last 15 mins he didn't call me, then I call him to know his location, he replied that he doesn't know the place! I asked him that at least you should inform me..the moment I said this..he started shouting & abusive languague..tried to threatening me.Avoid TFS!!

For the last 2 months I'm unable to book any cab from taxi for sure app. Previously it was good,but now whenever I open the app to book cab no cab is available.

I have booked ride for 2-3 time on 16th June and every time driver asked my drop location and cancel the booking by their own and they don't care about the customer so such a poor service I got from taxi for sure drivers and I am not happy and in future I will use only uber as they have more decent and honest driver than tfs

It is worst app since I am using android mobile.It is off no use.OLA cab is far more better than TAXI FOR SURE.TFS customer service is worst,my account for the trip which I didn't even knew and I registered a complaint also but they didn't gave me any response.I can also send you the screenshot of This app showing that "unfortunately app is stopped" ....PLEASE NEVER USE TFS..LOOK FOR OLA CAB OR UBER CAB THESE BOTH ARE GOOD CAB SERVICE..

Giving 1 rating because that's the least possible rating. I would have loved to give it a -5. I got a confirmation that I would be sent the taxi details 10 minutes prior to the journey. 2 mins before the journey time I get a message that there are no cabs available and they are trying to get an alternative arrangement. I trusted the message and waited for 10 more minutes. Since there were no more updates I called up the customer care and they informed that there are no cabs and I should make alternative arrangement. Now I was 30 minutes past my journey start time and hence was forced to cancel an important client meeting. Never ever ever ever trust these idiots...gonna uninstall this right away.

Are they driving for free....as they don't want to go anywhere... cancelling bookings multiple times

Has TFS suspended their operations in Aurangabad bcoz I am not able to book taxi through app since 1 month. If this has happened then many of us will face problem bcoz OLA is charging at very high rate and it is not affordable to the people in our city.

Driver denied for drive then why he had to accept the service when we booked. Secondly why they are charging toll fees when we paid up to 2.x times extra....it's looks like a gambling

give us help line number in the app so that we can easily ask about app technical problems.Bad experience.

Waited for the cab for half an hour and then you guys send me a message saying that the booking is cancelled....then I booked the cab again n after 20 mins of waiting I got a message saying that the cab will be late and then it never came...worst experience..

I booked TFS 10hrs before as an advance booking from Whitefield,Bangalore. I got a message your ride is confirmed and driver details will be shared 30mins prior to journey. I didn't get any message from TFS even 15 min was left for journey. I called customer care and he simply replied no cabs are available so we can't provide you cab. I was in a big trouble as I need to catch the train. By alternative transport I reached station just 10min before. TFS worst service and I am not gonna use it again.

Loved the app more than ola's as drivers never bother me for the directions to my place, very unlike ola. Thank u for not keeping peak charges.

Got a cab quickly the past 2 times I used ola micro and the price was also perfect! No surge and that makes it affordable.

I booked 4 trips for 2 days. Only one driver only called me. That day my flight was delayed 1 hr. When I landed in the ahmedabad airport, the driver called and spoke in hindi. I don't know hindi so I told him to speak in English. But he didn't. Then I got a call from the company, one lady talked rudly like they are giving a free service. She told me do want the service or not. Then I cancelled . For the remaining booking the driver didn't pick the phone. Really hate the service. Don't trust

The drivers refuse you if they feel like n make stupid excuses on top of that .I would have been stranded at the airport at midnight(in spite of booking before hand) had uber not come to my rescue....

By mistake I had entered wrong number and correct email while registering. Now there is no option to change number. So I have to create another email id for using this app. Until the number is verified U can't change number. So I have to create a new email. It is disturbing to me. The stupid developers should try to fix this issue.

The service is very bad and unreliable. Planned airport books made a week before with confirmation from operators end. But minutes before the trip they tell us about unavailability of cab. Not just one time!! Not reliable for important trips. Giving one, bcs no way to give 0

I booked cab for 10 pm and i got drover details at 9 30 pm.i spoke to driver and he told me that he will come .after that no response from driver.i got a msg saying my ride has been cancelled by driver.

very bad experience.. driver came 20 mins late.. he didn't know the roads and said my GPS system and Google map is not working.. and alcohol charged much more amount.. very disappointed... will not book any cab from ola and taxi for sure...

Very unprofessional drivers and staff. No ethics no manners no commitment. I just used it first time and got a very horrible experience. Please please don't go with it. Local rickshaw are better than this.

Drivers are literally thieves.. call and tell that they are cancelling the booking and then start the trip and travel for 100 mts and then close the trip.. user gets charged and there is no mechanism for redressal as well.. pathetic service...

I am using this app from last 5days and whenever i opened it to book a cab, it always no cabs. When they dont have enough cabs then they dont have right to launch and advertise it everywhere. Spend some money on cabs. No use of using taxi for sure. I wonder why these kind of cheapest app they launch. Since there is no option for no star i have to give it one just for app not for cabs neither for service

I have used your app many times.  I used to love it only because of it's ride later option,  as it's more secure than ride now.  Many times driver doesn't come on ride now option and we can be put it trouble.  Recently I got a new phone and I downloaded texi for sure again.  But now ride later option is not working.
