Calcolo TFR

L’applicazione consente di calcolare il TFR (Trattamento Fine Rapporto) al netto della tassazione vigente ovvero l’importo “pulito” che il datore di lavoro deve corrispondere al lavoratore all’atto della chiusura del rapporto lavorativo.
E’ sufficiente impostare pochi dati essenziali per ottenere rapidamente l’ammontare della somma.
I dati indispensabili da fornire sono:
- la Data Assunzione
- Il TFR maturato e lasciato in Azienda
- Il TFR maturato e versato al Fondo di Categoria (se presente)
- le Anticipazioni percepite (se fruite)
Questi dati possono essere facilmente ripresi dal CU-Certificazione Unica (ex CUD) rilasciata ogni anno dal datore di lavoro.
Notazioni di aiuto sotto ogni campo aiutano a comprendere da quale casella del CU deve essere estrapolata l’informazione richiesta.
Dal momento che è possibile calcolare il TFR ad una Data Riferimento immessa dall’utente, l’unica accortezza richiesta è quella di reperire le informazioni dal CU valido alla Data Riferimento immessa.
Ad esempio: se viene immessa come Data Riferimento la data del 18/04/2008, i dati dovranno essere reperiti dal CUD del 2008 che certifica gli emolumenti ricevuti nell’anno 2007.
Oltre al pulsante “Calcolo” è presente un pulsante “Reset” per ripulire la schermata ed introdurre i parametri per un nuovo calcolo.
Dopo aver immesso i dati e premuto il pulsante “Calcolo” si otterrà istantaneamente l’ammontare di TFR netto corrispondente.
Trasferendosi con un click sulla linguetta “Dettagli Calcolo TFR”, l’utente potrà accedere ad una serie di informazioni aggiuntive che l’applicazione calcola:
- Riduzioni al 31/12/2000
- Reddito di riferimento
- Imposta complessiva
- Aliquota media
- Imponibile IRPEF
- Irpef totale
Questa applicazione risulta essere molto utile anche per verificare se i calcoli effettuati dal datore di lavoro al momento della cessazione del rapporto sono esatti.
In questo caso è possibile impostare anche le informazioni della rivalutazione post 2000 e del TFR accantonato nell’anno in corso (direttamente dal prospetto consegnato), queste altrimenti vengono calcolate dal sistema presupponendo una progressione media della retribuzione e una rivalutazione annua del 1,5%.
