• Near me - Finds you, pins your location on the map and shows you all the bus stops, tram and train stations nearby allowing you to quickly view departure boards with many of the services now in real-time.
• Plan my journey - Provide a start and end point and let My TfGM plan your journey. Many bus and rail services now include the latest real-time updates for services.
• Journey Monitoring - If you're making an important trip and need to be aware of any major disruption to it then use our "Monitor this Journey" feature to get real-time alerts on certain services.
• Service Monitoring - If you regularly make a trip during certain times of the day then choose to "Monitor this service" to get alerts affecting the services on these routes for the days and times when you use them.
• Advanced options - Set your preferences: mode of travel, maximum number of changes, walking or cycling speed, minimum connection time etc.

Better off using individual travel companies' apps or google maps.......this app does not should gps and when you view all stops, you can't view the full names of the stops which is useless. Little things needed to make it a better app.

Trying to plan a journey is a nightmare on this app, it sends you the longest way round but thats if it can find the stop you're looking for which it rarely does!

Where are the route maps? Add in maps of the tram, bus and train network, ideally with GPS location and this would be a useful app. Otherwise for journey planning trainline or google are better.

Fantastic because it can integrate car and train journeys, I.e. If there is no nearby railway station you can walk to but several you could drive the car to, it's able to tell you which is the best station to choose, which may vary depending on where you're going.

Only useful for those visiting the city. Everyone wants to know when the next tram is leaving. Is it 1min or 10? Do I run or hang back? Until that happens, I will not use this app.

What a great app for someone still pretty new to Manchester

Useless! 1) Tapping a stop gives me times from the terminus in the opposite direction. 2) Can't select a stop outside Near Me. 3) Journey Planner gave me three routes, all the long way round and not even going right to where I was going. It couldn't even find the obvious direct route I take regularly.
