The app doesn't give you the available balance. You have to go digging around to see available balance. I'm guessing they do this to make you over draft so you can pay a nice $30 over draft fee.

This is app is poorly designed as it fails to tell you steps such as what to do while trying to add an external account. It is even borthersome when you log in, it has to notify you through email. I like the branch but please fix the app. It just sucks.

After the last update, it is super slow!!!! Takes FOREVER TO LOAD!!!! I'm better off keeping my receipts & trying to figure out my balance that way.

There must have been a recent update and everything is red. Very hard on the eyes

They need to fix a bug in the app its taking a while to load up and login it just stays loading

Like most others have been reporting for some time now, once you select anything after logging in it takes you back to login. If you cared about your users you'd fix this ASAP

I recommend it very useful for your banking needs.

Does not give me my current balance. I have to log on through the browser and check.

It's always kicking me back to log in. Sometimes it does this more them ten times in a row! But what else can I do?

They might have fixed the issues that customers complain about earlier

Ugh so annoying cant use it

My issue is with the mobile deposit. The pictures do not come out clear enough to make the deposit. I have the galaxy s6 which is an awesome camera but have to use my son's phone to make mobile deposits and his phone is the s4.

I use to love this app but now I can never use it. It always logs me out when i get into the home screen. Please fix this.

Love this app, up until it decides to log me out every time I select something on the home screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone--just installed the latest update; still the problem is not fixed.

Works great until it starts to log you out after you log in. I have owned three phones and it is the only app that gives me problems. Please fix bugs.

You'll log in and get to the home screen, but once you select something it'll take you back to the log in process. This happens every now and then and I have to do the same thing every time. fix it and it will get more stars.

Log in and cant see account balance, transfer money, nothing. Everything kicks you out. Very annoying and fustrating.

Kicks me out after i log in

This app logs you in then logs you out when you try to view your account sucks!

It's a nice app at first but then after getting into your account a few times it stops allowing you in and keeps kicking you out after you sign in. It's very irritating because to get it to work again I have to uninstall and then reinstall. Samsung Galaxy S3.

Everyone is asking you to fix it yet nothing! It's been like 3 weeks.. don't download this!!

Keeps resetting after I log in

I always try to log in and they ask for user name and password several times and I can't log in

Logs you out

You Log in and try to view your account and it logs you right out. Tried uninstalling and reinstall, same issue. Called customer service no fix. Bad developer. Please look into.
