I upgraded my Samsung Mobile Phone Note 3-Neo software . Now this paid application is not working. It just asks you to report. When you click to report it takes your feedback , but there is no response from the developer. I would like to have my money back or the the developer should make the application upgradable to new software version immediately.

Please keep up with mobile OS versions. Your latest update only supports up to Android 4.4 KitKat, let alone Lollipop, which was released since Nov 2014. And this app is not free. This is disappointing. Feel like asking for refund as it's not working on my Gionee Marathon M5 running Lollipop. Uninstalling the sh*t for now.

I stupidly purchased this last night thinking I would be able to create "word" documents now on my phone, and I installed it and I cannot even open one thing without it shutting down, (or "stopping" whatever you call it. I want my money back

There is NO support! Been without since lollipop rollout on phone now tablet will not run it either.

since installing the lollipop update on my samsung galaxy s5 it no longer works???..Now not fit for purpose so I should, in effect, be entitled to a refund?? Wrote to ThinkFree Office help line 9 times for help with no responce TOOK MY MONEY AND DISAPPEARED. RATHER PUT YOUR NOTES ON GMAIL DRAUGHTS . GMAIL IS AWESOME!!!!! Costs nothing

I absolutely loved this office app however when android updated to lollipop this app stopped working. I cannot load pre lollipop documents I created with this app and I cannot create new documents. Please fix this issue as I would like to use my office software again. I emailed ThinkFree when my phone updated and I have yet to receive an email back.

Gotta have this app for work. It quit with latest android update. Please fix. It keeps saying....."unfortunately it stopped working"

Tried reloading. Crashes right away.

I try to sign into my account and it says my password or Id is wrong. I am able to log in just fine through the website but not the application.

Paid full price for this app and loved it, then they just abandoned it. They don't answer emails, even after a month. I suggest avoiding this company all together. They take the money and VANISH!!!!

After the last update, it doesn't work anymore. They take your money then don't lesson to the ones they ripped off!

In reading view when you zoom it doesn't make the font bigger, just spaces the lines further apart. Would love to have one of the earlier versions back.

Used to be my goto app. Since android update it doesn't work and dev not responding. Won't send these guys money again.

this is the only android excel app. that can run the equations in my file that I use for work daily. I have tried all the other apps, NONE WORK. Please fix.

Often crashes and forcloses. I normally have to open documents in other document viewers because Thinkfree crashes. Would not recommend.

Since upgrading to 5.0 on my s5 it no longer works! I paid for the app and now I can't use it!!! Fix it and I'll change my rating to higher stars

Stop all the time

it's statistics function lacks the inverse of the normal, standardized normal, and t distributions. Therefore the excel part is useless. Also, the word tends to crash a lot. Much texts do not show up on slideshows

I've tried every office suite in the Play Store, and this one is by far the best. With 40+ templates, and advanced options absent in other apps, it is the closest to a full office experience. Push the buy button already!

I've tried a few applications and chose the Think Free Office, as it opened the Excel file with images, in addition to at least cost. There were no problems viewing documents.

I'm using my Nexus 7 to read scientific papers as an alternative to printing them. Of all apps I tried this one has the best highlighting & annotation features for PDF. Even Adobe's PDF reader often stutters when selecting text and leaves gaps when highlighting. The only two issues I can think of for me is that text reflow breaks words in reading/viewing mode for Word docs and that there is always the toolbar at the top which overlaps with the first line in reading view. Can no longer create docs on 4.2.

This app used to be fantastic but now it forces close every time I try and use it since my Nexus 7 updated to Jellybean 4.2

I absolutely love this app and have been using it for a while on my Samsung Admire and Nexus 7. Just updated my Nexus 7 to Android OS 4.2 and the app doesn't work anymore. Plz fix quick, I use it to stay ahead in my university courses. P.S. This is really a five star app, I just can't open it anymore.

Once again Nexus 7 with Android 4.2, having FC issues any idea when it will be fixed? Also is there any sort of support forum for this software or is this our only way of finding out whats happening?

ICS and JellyBean users cannot save any files with this program, as "Write to SD" is not allowed. This app needs a Permissions update.

Works on my Asus TF201, and looks great. Unusable on my Nexus 7 because of FC issues.

Is there an update coming soon so I can use it again?

App no longer opens on my Nexus 7. Worked great until 4.2 update. Tried uninstall and reinstall, no joy. Hoping this bug will be fixed soon.

Program will not run! Load a document and the program stops. No refunds!!!!
