This was my problem exactly, text neck. The app is genius, as it lives in the device causing the problem! Does crash on My Activity feature, have emailed to request a fix.

3 starts because the idea of it is great! The execution, not so much. When I click my text neck activity, it doesn't work! The app stops and says unfortunately text neck has stopped working. I've reported it at least 5 times. I don't think anyone has updated this app in forever. So, until someone fixes the glitches. Not worth a single penny. Don't buy.
