Don't subscribe to this magazine! I have a recurring subscription since 2014 but can't access most issues. The company doesn't respond to any email or webform. Great content, non existent customer service. I've read countless stories on the web about this very issue.

Every renew same problem. The app not recognise my subscription. Client service ask me to provide my subscription and after a send all confirmation they not respond me more. I will ask my money back via PAYPAL .

I'd give it 5 stars if I could figure out how to save an issue to my pad. It works great after I called Model Airplane News and they made it work. Airage was useless.

I purchased a subscription and the app doesn't recognize my email address. This is the second time in 2 months I have sent a support email, both have been ignored. Oh and please fix it so that I can view issues off-line.

Every time I open the app to continue reading, I have to start from the beginning and page up to where I left off. I won't continue my subscription.

Print is too small to read properly on pages (even on lap top) and cannot zoom in or expand like I can on the other model mags once its downloaded. Crap.

I'm not really a fan of the way the magazine is layed out. It has a blog feel, it makes me feel that I'm not getting my moneys' worth. Also one big disappointment is the "Exclusive Digital" video content DOES NOT PLAY! AT ALL!!!!!

Good magazine, worst customer support, worst application. Can't log in....from android..."You have exceeded the device limit" Your staff not responsive also in Facebook.....
