Do not download, this is contraband scam. My loved one got in trouble for this. The developers are scammers looking to rip people off. It's better to just take time and write letters to inmates.

I gave this app a good review in the past but I guess I spoke to soon, this app have been giving me so many problems the past couple months. It won't load, or send and process nothing. I called they told me Uninstall and reinstall still can't do anything. Please fix this it's inconveniencing me

Honestly at one point it was a great appointment. It is no longer letting me logged in and is working very slow. Sadly I wish to give it a 5 star but can't this time. Hope you can fix the buggs and make it great again

I love this app. Besides being convenient its a very cool & thoughtful idea! Nothing's perfect at first but the issues I had were minor & they were handled immediately. Excellent customer service. Everyone I've dealt with was super nice. They find the person for you even when you don't know where they are! I love it

used to work great! I can't even sign in or get help... it gets stuck loading and never loads now. Very frustrating

At first it worked awesome now i cant do nothing i have tried so many times over the past 3 months to send pictures to my husband of the kids and i and money orders but it keeps freezing up! Call to ask why and they say i dont know?! I understand its a free app but lord this is rediculous honestly!!! Then when it did go through when this started he has yet to get the money or letter i sent along with it yet i waa charged for it and they wouldn't refund me! I have children if he couldnt get the money give it back so i can send it through the mail or use it on my babies ugh! Im not a happy momma that it hasnt been straightened out or i havent been refunded.

Won't even load to do anything. I don't recommend this app to anyone.

Not working I wrote a letter and the app asked me to save drafts I saved it and it was like two and a half pages it disappeared and it keeps doing this to me I wrote it out fully no copy paste 3 times

Love this app FAST AND EFFICIENT...IVEbeen using this for awhile if you're having an issue its probably user error...works perfect never a problem

I can't get customer care to answer about finding an inmate. I've asked 3 times and no response!

Used to work. No longer allows me to send messages. I tried deleting app and downloading again with no luck still.

I wasnt able to add my husband to my contacts list with having them help me find him or me doing it myself my free message expired because of it so I emailed them with my situation and they added my husband and gave me one free message I recommend them to anyone that has a loved one who is locked away

I can actually say it's unfortunate that there aren't all good reviews on this app. I really do like this app, it's very convenient whenever there is a problem when I call customer service the problem is solved and they fix it immediately. Even when i clicked one too many times they called and told me. The guy who always answer is very kind and helpful. Ron I think. I like the fact the email let's you know when your loved one will receive the letter possibly. The pictures are a nice size as well.Thanks TB.

I love this app!! I can send my fiance money orders that only take a few days to get to him where by mail it can take up to two weeks!! Plus I can send him pics that are already in my phone or on my iPad with a message. It's so much easier than having to buy stamps and go to the post office.

Sometimes it lags but I love the concept and I've used this many times now and they are always delivered quickly. Your first is free. Could also use some more text card options, maybe an upload your own photo option. Still it's great thank you

Been using this app for a few weeks and all of a sudden it's not working. Loved it until it stopped letting me send messages.

Free app. Quit whining, and write yourself and send money yourself. Can't complain because your lazy.

Man can yall fix the bugs in the app itself it wont stay open long enough to do anything.. Finding the right jail was hard enough.. I haven't even got to send anything yet cause it keep closing out

Worst app ever I wrote my cousin and gave him 20$. Out of the ten letters it took him 2months to get 4 I'm still waiting. To see what happen to the rest of the letters I payed for. This app freezes and no matter how much u save your text it keep deleting it. In the past four days I spent hours rewriting letters that just keep getting deleted. I uninstalled and reinstalled and hoping this time it work because I'm not trying to lose the money I have in the account.

Having a few technical issues. Worked fine at first now it's just aggravating

This app is awsome.. being that I had surgery on my hand, I couldn't write letters as much as I Hsd been. (Once amonth compared to 3x a week)this put a strain on our relationship, now since downloading the app my relationship with him as been repaired. It's do easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone.

When writing to ur love one, the screen freezes and is slow motion. Its like you have to save a draft every 3 lines its really frustrating. Hope this error can be fixed and made easier to type with out flashing screen

I sent 2 postcards to a friend, granted this ftiend is at an out of state prison so forgave for the initial "free" postcard that was sent. However, Christmas came around and I sent a postcard in which I paid for, 3 days after I sent it a lady called asking me his for his adress which I PROVIDED FOR HER. Now it's the end of January and my friend tells me he has never recieved either postcard. I ask c/s abd they basically say, "oh well". Better companies out there. These guys suck!!!

I got my letter from brother today @ 4:00pm it went through, Really I had some concerns about this app. ( Smiling )
