In other words if your gross-pay is $1,295.00 and your bring-home pay is $978.00 your percentage rate of deductions is 24.5% If you know your approximate bring-home pay and you are getting paid though direct deposit, you can judge if there is a mistake by comparing the apps net-pay to the deposit.
